is there going to be an update/fix so non dutch teams can qualify for Europe?

Clubs from Belgium or Luxembourg can't qualify for European tournaments for some reason.
Is there a fix fro that?

Nr. 1 team in Belgium? Club Brugge? Genk? In the last season they were 8th. That's why they are in second league.

Putting Anderlecht in 2nd league does not make sense since they are the nr 1 team in Belgium.
Other then that, really nicely done!
