How do you disable hailstorms / halestorms? No matter if I deselect all the storm types they still pop up. Am I missing something?

Edit: I'm a moron. I had events scheduler set to give me a random monthly fallout while simultaneously trying to disable it. I wish settings could be instanced to save profiles but at least I understand the issue now. I was sending the game mixed signals because I forgot that I had that enabled and I've been using Dev Mode to swat it away this whole time.

But even if you disable the vanilla manhunter pack incident you can still take quests that cause the manhunters to show up, it just wont randomly trigger. If the modded incident works differently then it could be broken. I have no idea.

I don't think I can help. The quest is probably broken because the incident was disabled.

So, I accepted a quest while I had a modded incident disabled, didn't realize until after I had accepted another quest that involved incidents that I had disabled, and re-enabled said incidents. But still no sign of the quest incident (a raid of ten Manhunter Empress Butterflies, from Alpha Animals, for the record). Help?

Unfortunately roof collapses aren't "incidents" so it isn't as easy as adding it into this mod, but I'd be surprised if there wasn't already a mod that disabled roof collapses.

if an event is enabled does it override scenario settings to allow it or does it only allow disabling events not on the scenario disable list, and not turning them back on

YES. Thank you! Nothing dumber than a thunderstorm that, whenever a lightning bolt strikes creates a GD FIRE that one's colonists have to scramble to put out (prior to the rain starting). Oh, and batteries that short circuit randomly? Better not have a giant battery bank because you're asking for a giant fire! Idiotic gameplay elements like this get the balls chopped straight off and return the game to an enjoyable experience again. THANK YOU.

Oh ok, thanks for the reply anyways. I tried looking up how to do it but couldn't find it in the files themselves. Just decided to start over anyways. That's what I get for making a scenario when I've been drinking xD

No sadly it doesn't work that way, however you can edit your save manually to remove scenario conditions, it isn't too hard. Give it a quick googling and I'm sure you'll find exactly what you need.

Can you use it to enable an incident? I somehow messed up when I made my scenario and set no trade caravans arrive and just realized it and really don't want to restart

@Magnus, unfortunately not with this mod. I think the toxic spewers and other negative sites are spawned as quests not incidents, and the quest that spawns them is not created from an incident unlike other quests, so I'm not really sure how they are spawned in the first place.

The list pulls all incidents directly from the game so if something is not on the list it's not an incident. It may act like an incident but it's handled by something else.
