You're not wrong, I've largely moved on from Barotrauma - As much as I love the game, between getting married and moving, my focus has certainly shifted a bit. Not a lot of fourty-hour binges hunched over editors lately!
I've poked my nose in and done some cleanup.
Can't speak for the balance situation as I haven't played in ages, but I've fixed up the lights and other minor issues.

As soon as I finish testing the pathfinding to the gills. Stairs are solved, as are some other trouble spots. To spare too many updates, I'll leave it 'til I'm rock confident.
