Isn't this a simple solution? You just have to modify the script values file, something like this:
chancellor_integrate_title_progress_gain = {
if = {
limit = {
scope:councillor_liege = {
is_ai = yes
}
}
add = diplomacy
multiply = 0.035
}
else_if = {
limit = {
scope:councillor_liege = {
is_ai = no
}
}
add = diplomacy
multiply = 1.350
}
}

I'm making my own version, however I have the ... interesting phenomena that I have a working version in my mod list. Which I then upload to steam and download (still hidden at the moment).
Because then the very same mod does not work any more.
Must be some weird loading order thing.

This may be a weird request... is it possible to change de jure shift rule to allow fellow vassals to integrate? I find it weird that the game just doesn't allow kingdoms to have de jure shifts once they are vassals of the same emperor.

Thanks Melphiz I'm gonna try 6x the base value so .21... Never once bothered integrating a title before I'll see if it's worth it now.

If you want it to be 10x just edit \common\script_values\99_chancellor_values.txt
look for
chancellor_integrate_title_progress_gain = {
add = diplomacy
multiply = 0.1
}
and change 0.1 to 0.35 which would be 10 times the game's default value of 0.035

yea, i agree, while its a lot better than vanilla, imo its still not enough, needs a x5 or x10 option otherwise chancellor's better off doing other things - would also be nice to add an option for it to influence martial's control too

I would consider adding another level of integration speed like 5x or 10x. My chancellor's time is better spent shortening all the truces I have had to make while conquering the known world.

lol the bonus in vanilla is indeed totally useless. This does seem a lot more reasonable. I'd argue that increase control by marshal should also be boosted as well as some other activities by councillors but these two are the most glaring ones.
