So far for me though the AI doesn't seem able to deal with it.
Most of the planet ends up Free City pretty quickly.

Hey buddy, I am extremely satisfied with your The Contagion of Madness mod. But at this stage, the barbarians are indeed too weak. Of course, the steam platform has some mods that increase the number of barbarians, but I hope there are mods that strengthen the barbarians individually. For example, the barbarians kill units to restore 30 points, 50%. The probability of getting the killed unit with full blood will increase the combat effectiveness against the damaged unit, and the blood will be restored to 15 at the end of each round. I personally think that only in this way can we count the true power of the barbarians. Nowadays, there are always conflicts between civilizations. On the other hand, it is because they have advanced in development, so there should be a pre-terrifying enemy who treats all civilizations equally. Horror barbarian, let the player enter the survival mode!
