Sadly this blueprint doesnt work on seed 73 anymore since there are now lakes inside the map.
To fix this use in generation string NOLAKES

Also it seems that the garage parking area part is missing?

For whatever reason, the garage ports on the 3rd factory level wont get rid of this error.
is there a trick to getting them to register pathing?

It sounds like that you are missing the mod for the large desks. They are fitted with filing cabinets seperately. So if that's all you see, you must be missing the mod. It was a VP mod. It is on the mod list I created and linked in the description.

I really like it, everything is really easy to set up, I was confused about the third and fourth floors though because on my save they just have lines of filing cabinets. What's up with that?

Maybe in the future. I'm not playing this at the moment. May be some time before I visit it again. To be honest, it's the mods that make the game interesting.

ah great stuff. It was a lot easier before I made improvements to it. I basically made it half the size. It was too big. How do you find the build? Any issues with it?

Seed 73, on the rural map with the large plot box ticked? It should still work. Does it have 2 lakes, one at the bottom L shaped and one in the top right? it should work if you place 6 road pieces in the top left then lay the warehouse to the right side of the 6th piece up against the top road. It is a very tight fit. Let me know if it works.

I think the seed may be outdated, I can't seem to be able to get the building to fit.
