**Please note I have made several improvements and updates to this building so the below is no longer quite accurate - for placement, on the big plot rural map, seed 73. In the top left of the screen you will have the standard horizontal and vertical road. Drop 6 road segments from left to right in the top left corner, and the warehouse should fit perfect up against that. Then remove the road segments - Let me know if I need to update the pics.**


Large Business Park - Situated on the big plot rural map, seed 73. - Created in Alpha 11

Main Building has 6 levels:
Ground floor has 36 offices holding approx 12 people each. 18 of which are decorated with desks.

24 large offices across the next 3 floors. These hold approx 50 people each on small desks or 25-30 on the large desks. They can also be downsized as per the ground floor. i.e. 108 offices holding 12 each.

The next floor has 8 more large offices as above, but 4 of these are furnished with approx 110 desks across the 4 rooms.

Also across all levels there are 10 huge rooms which can be used for anything.

The top floor has an outdoor seating area, canteen, fully furnished and functional and 2 large server rooms.

4th floor has a huge office for the boss, fully furnished and has 5 meeting rooms and 2 lounges (1 of which isn't furnished).

4 floors have 12 toilets each, all furnished.

Reception building, fully furnished reception with 2 decent sized office rooms above.

The Warehouse is massive. 4 levels, 2 with delivery access. 24 parking bays in total Should handle a few hundred couriers. Also the conveyor belts are set up on the ground floor for printing and 2nd floor for manufacturing. No printers installed, just the belts. Just copy paste to extend. I've laid mats down for the manufacturing printer positions

In total, 22 offices furnished with around 300-350 desks (4x25-29, 18x12 ish). Built for easy copy paste of room contents. Space for around 2500 desks in total, but easy potential for expansion. If your PC can hack it.

Also the lift system is connected to each of the 3 points of the multi story car park and also goes down to the basement, should you need to house HR.

Security set up at all entry points. Double protection for printers but give it a check. You're accountable, not me :)

Running cost is approx 10k monthly in bills at set up, so can be managed solo

Will cost just shy of £32 Mil to build.

For building placement, flip the camera to the top left corner and place the warehouse right in the corner up against both roads. It's a bit tricky as it's so big, I found zooming in helped. Also don't forget if you have lakes, you'll want map seed 73 for it to fit. Unless you're lucky.
