ive worked up a couple of quick slightly ugly examples of what i was talking about. ill drop one in on the server next time. i just know the issues we had salvaging with the elaka because of its shere size

I would still prefer using the Elaka T4 for those dangerous mining and salvage ops. That ship can go toe to toe with 20 plasma drones.

a warp capable, shielded, salvage ship ( you can also swap out the multi turret for a mining turret ) with 280ksu ore box , and two regular cargo ,96ksu and 280 ksu respectively. its got a couple of flak cannons and a gattling turret for swatting pesky drones with an 88ksu ammo box so pew pews for days. probably best suited as part of a fleet or operating close to base as it has no amenities other than oxygen station and first aid station. very nice build Akeva
