Can you add a less dark, more cobalt-blue coat set to the pack? I asked on the old page way after the mod was made, and I guess abandoned, and I'm hoping you can do me this favour.

Better Idea.... use normal brown trench coat, sassy beret, hold bottle of Vodka in one hand and a crowbar in the other hand. Now you look amazing.
