@Shakes I fell you man, but I think is we get a source 2 port we might get more powerful tools to make models more RNG in terms of bodygroups.

RNG bodygroups because IMO having the same model every time is a bit boring in this game which is part of the reason I can't play vanilla anymore. RNG just gives it an extra bit of variety, but I'll admit that's up to user preference.

The $nodecal trick is good to have, but with the way materials and textures are set up, it looks like it's just stuck in fullbright mode. Also, this one doesn't have bile textures set up either in materials or in the qc and the eyes are off slightly. Even the viewmodel is semi-borked though I play at 90 fov so that probably doesn't help.

Whats wrong with the bodygroups ? But also this one from Despair removes decals to avoid crash from Hunter Pounce.

Also by Despair, I presume? Just because over the last couple hours I've been working on updating this.

Might just be my own ego talking but I really wasn't satisfied [imgur.com] with the materials and static attachments instead of bodygroup RNG, among other things.

Oh hey, someone got around to it.

To be completely honest I had started working on the Ghost version but I got stuck when I couldn't line things up for the proportions trick.

Though to be honest the materials here seem...lacking, just based on the screenshots.
