You can open the spawn menu and right click to "spawn using toolgun".

The line allowing to show the option is in https://github.com/Facepunch/garrysmod/blob/master/garrysmod/gamemodes/sandbox/entities/weapons/gmod_tool/stools/creator.lua :
TOOL.AddToMenu = true

If you get it working, don't hesitate to provide feedback on minimum and maximum values of quantity and delay.

I can't think of what would be conflicting as I only use Simfphys and my own legacy addons in my addons folder. I can sift through them and see if anything I have would be problematic.

NotAKid it might be a conflict with another addon affecting the creator tool, please provide a list of what you use if you can't identify the conflicting one.
The current maximum quantity is 1000, it could be increased but I noticed spawning a lot of items (100+) at the same place and time causes huge lags (hence the delay): I suspect the sheer amount of collisions to be the cause (with my CPU, at least).

Does not show in the menu, only accessible from hitting "spawn with toolgun".

Oh, I didn't realize it was already selectable. I just remember I could like never find it. :P

It is selectable by double clicking Tools > Construction > Creator in the spawn menu.
Let me know if you meant something else.

Can you make it so the Creator tool becomes an actual selectable tool?
