The good news about it is that you actually don't have to change anyhing in terms of the HAR Mod from V1.5 to V1.6 . However, there ARE major changes to ALL Animal and Mechanoid Thing Defs, in which <wildness>X</wildness> was moved from RACE to STATBASES and the casing became <Wildness>Y</Wildness instead. Also, ALL Drugs changed the "CAUSESNEED" statement to " <chemicalNeed>z<chemicalNeed> " for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

No no no, I DO NOT want it to work when it's cooked. That would be terrible, because I use it to age up my babies to the age of three, so that they can walk.

If I cook Time Berries into a dish, does it still age up my Pawn, or does this only happen when it is raw?

I made a folder with the old textures for that reason, you can just swap them out. Its in the folder with the head textures.

I am disappointed in the change of their heads. I REALLY liked the oriignal graphics. Why not add them as additions?

-I have redrawn every single one of the 34 Headtypes to make them more rimworld friendly than before.

-I also increased the head-size.

Little Update

I set the min generation age of pawnkinds a bit higher to avoid them being spawned as babies without body textures.

Replaced the ancient faction icons on the world map with new ones and added a mod icon.

Thank you for letting me know! I just looked at the wanderer pawnkinds and they are FungiMelee and TSPFungiSlave. They are generated with at least 2 years. I tried setting it higher and didnt get the problem mentioned by you anymore.

EDIT: For some reason, the heretofore mentioned Fungi was spawned with the Fat Body Type despite being a Child. The Fungi was added by the Wanderer Joins Incident, and was two years old.

Hello, my friend. I just wanted to inform you that I have got an error where a Texture is missing for a female Fungi with the Fat Body Type. She appears as a pink square. However, if I go into the cheat codes and set her to have a Body Type using that, I can set it to Fat and make the square go away, only for it to return when I reload.

I discovered that your Race is missing the Hulk Body Type. Even though the Fungi don't use it, it can sometimes spawn in by way of Backstories and Genes, so you should ALWAYS have a Sprite for it in the files.

Update for 1.5 added.

Slightly altered the starting scenario. Instead of 4 shroomimals , you´ll now start with 2 shroomimals , 1 shroomigiant and 2 shroople.

For the Future i'll add a subrace. Fly agaric Fungi. But not in the near future :D Drawing this takes time.

Update:

All Fungi bodies have undergone a significant overhaul, now more human-shaped without stubs.

Worm animals are now exclusively green. I wasn't a fan of multicolored worms.

Added Timeberry extract, craftable at the crafting spot. It has weird effects on normal pawns and will regenerate every shroom animal body part.

Introduced a new trait: "Genetic Memory." Fungi can now remember skills from their ancestors and start with higher skills. This is to counter the low skills caused by the age curve, which generates them with stats similar to human children.

Wormgiants now have overhauled textures.

"Biotech functionality for children/babies has been incorporated into the Fungi and tailored to their respective ages.

A new predatory animal, the Wormqueen, has been introduced. As a predator poses a significant threat, laying numerous eggs that hatch into various species of worms.

Furthermore, a new ability called Spore Spew has been implemented for all Fungi. This serves as a final line of defense mechanism where they expel hazardous spores onto a targeted area (similar to Fire Spew, but with poisonous spores instead of fire). 5 days Cooldown."

Added animals: Shroomigiant, Shroop, Slooth, Wornine, Wormigiant, Mushroomworm from the main Mod

Added: Plants for the Biome , meat bush , wormberry bush and timeberry bush

More Skincolors for the Fungi

Now compatible with the Fungi Biome. If you play with Fungi lite instead of Fungi core , the fucked up human animals wont show up , only the mushroom and worm animals.

Changed the c# code of mlie to mine for the growing pawns. DIfferent behaviour could be possible i didnt test his fix , functionality should be the same.

"Beta": Wornines are now juvenile after two days , be careful in the biome. Its predator town there.

Do you plan to update this Mod for V1.3 ? There is so much potential here.

Furthermore, the Vanilla rendition of "Rimworld", since V1.3, has added rules and Doctrines that cover the use and consumption of fungi.

Honestly i didnt play rimworld over half a year and stopped modding it, cause i dont got much time for gaming atm. I may will further develop this mod but i dont think it will be in the near future. :/

Why do I keep getting humans sent to me when the Fungi Faction wants to do stuff with me? I got a Cultural Exchange Quest where the Fungi Faction sent a guest to stay with me for a game month. The human was fully clothed and listed as a Carver. Worse, she had INDUSTRIAL Clothing and INDUSTRIAL Gear despite the Fungi Faction supposedly being Neolithic.

Why can't Fungis Men eat rice and other plants? Real fungi can and do. If these creatures are fungi, they should be able to eat rotten stuff and get a bonus, like real mushrooms do.

Thank you so much for this version. Mutating people against their will and identity death into a mindless monster are my greatest fears, but my love and passion for mushrooms compelled me to see if there was a "clean" version. I wanted the torture to be in the past and even hoped for good Mushroom Men.

I am so glad that this exists.

Ty! I think i will also add all "normal" animals from the biome of the main mod , only the worm and mushroom ones and distribute them between the vanilla biomes. Currently its only the race and the shroomimal.

Thank you for making this. I wanted mushroom people, especially the fungus animals, but since I'm not looking right now to go full cosmic horror I was hesitant. This is exactly what I was looking for and it's kind of you to make a compromise like this for accessibility to more people.

Fixed it ! Just compared the race defs and had falsely added the vanilla apparel with Apparel_Name instead of just Name. Works now ! Also changed the shroomimal poison to the main mod improved poison. Way more deadly now. You can also buy them from Fungi traders. :)

It seems that this mod is not compatible with Android tiers
When i tried to start new game with both mod activiate
Every faction on the map had only one settlement and there are no
Fungi faction :steamsad:

@PUR3ICE Yes, it is a race without code, only XML, there should be no bugs. You need the faction discover/unlocker mod to see them in existing saves afaik.
