- fixed the missing assets, thanks to enn! I think I got them all but please let me know in the comments if you spot more!
- fixed the issue with Skids O'Toole Personal Story not being drawn by the script
- fixed the Cthulhu setup, now the script will draw a Deep One instead of a Deep One Hybrid
- added the Strange House on The Hill fan expansion
- added the author(s) in the description of all the fan content included in the mod
Anyone encountering this on handhelds?
Search for "Eldritch Horror Complete Revised"
If the mod author sees this, feel free to add any or all changes to the main version of the mod. Cheers
When I choose the investigator "Skids" O'Toole, his setup don't bring up his Personal Story and
I also noticed a minor mistake, when I was playing against Cthulhu, that it's setup should set aside 1 Deep One Monster, but it sets aside 1 Deep One Hybrid instead.
Also, I don't know if there's a specific order, in which the automatic setup takes place, but I had a case in which a Gate was spawned during the initial setup with a Monster that was supposed to be set aside after choosing the Ancient One. (After chosing Cthulhu, we have to set aside a Star Spawn Monster, and so, it can not spawn during the step Spawn Gate during setup)
Because, if there is an order, for example, we Choose and Place Investigators in step 3, so it is impossible for them to receive ever, clues in their setup, from side boards, because they are only set in step 5.
I was wondering if you could add a small quality of life update to print spawned clues and/or gates to the game console (or chat would be a better term I think)? This would in some cases make it easier to follow spawned tokens.
Also, at the moment the setup function for Rita doesn't set up her player token, instead an error is thrown. Not a biggie though - takes 1 second to place it manually.
@Mr.Turtle: Thank you! And of course you can totally translate it in Korean and upload it to the workshop.
@alias: You can view the cards in full screen by holding ALT when your mouse in over them, is that what you mean by magnifier tool? If so then I'm afraid the only other way would be to increase the size of the cards you want to read.
For reading text on the cards I use magnifier tool, but it can be done in other way?
Can I translate this into Korean and upload it to the workshop?
Is there a way to add the custom ancient one "Nodens" (from the workshop) to your game and the new inverstigators, that came with the nodens expansion?
Feeling overwhelmed will all the expansions at once
Hmm I've checked and the pdfs seem to be working, might have just been a case of bad connection with the Steam Cloud. Could you try again and let me know if they're still giving you errors?
@Spinach: Glad you're having fun! Many people were involved in scanning all of the different assets, I just combined everything together and added a few stuff
@Teebee007: You're welcome! All the cards were indeed scanned
@freya.coombes: Just like Alucardu said, you just need to subscribe to a mod and then you'll be able to start it from the game
@Alucardu: I'm terrible at scripting but I'll give it a try. And for the rulebooks, they're all available in the mod! They're located in the first big bag
@The Luggage: Thank you! The mythos deck in Eldritch Horror is a bit different from the one in Arkham Horror, in this one you start by building three layers of cards (according to the Ancient One sheet), and then pile them up on top of another to create the deck, which is never shuffled. The faced-up mythos cards are just copies I've sorted for those who want to build their own deck without using the automated setup
