I usually find buildings up to 50's attractive to build but I love all buildings "except" Post-Modern ones so let's see...

There you go.
There was a building in Simcity 4 based on that building too! it was one of my favorites. Other than, this building looks like some buildings in Garment District in New York to me. Bulky shape with endless windows from all sides.
