This and Jackson Tower have been perfect for my urban centers! Have you thought with Jackson Building that it could receive a more of a modernist 60's facade? A wall-to-wall International-styled building with some setbacks like this would be perfect additions. :highlvl:

well, it is a garment district building IRL, lots of great buildings there that, in any other city would be the jewels of the skyline.

There was a building in Simcity 4 based on that building too! it was one of my favorites. Other than, this building looks like some buildings in Garment District in New York to me. Bulky shape with endless windows from all sides.
