how about making it to were you could tell someone in a near by town about clearing the place out, and then they decide to set up there. and i thanks they give you a home there, maybe a small cut of the profets?

If you want NPCs at the mine one way would be to use Sokco's Guild Starter at Nexus http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52871/?

I suppose I could add add something so that after you kill the bandits who by default live there the bandits would be replaced with friendly NPCs. Could be a mini quest, just something possible at very low level. Maybe a blacksmith, merchant, etc all invited there by you.

Do you think you could update it so we could run and hire workers etc?

Checked his profile. He played Skyrim for about 7 hours total, one day I guess, then seems to have stopped lol.

Yeah those sound good. Like you have to do something good to get in the place full of merchants and trainers. You could also make like a bad group and a good group if you wanted.

Been looking around a bit. I found just one home for Bandits inside Riften, I would say more of a thief place. My thoughts are several camps for a faction which is neither friendly with Bandits, Stormcloaks or Imperials. Maybe a quest, a bit like the Orc thing, to make it possible to live at the camps without joining the faction with just a sleeping bag by the fire or join the faction, have no friendly factions and get merchants trainers and a nice place to live at the camp. Juts brainstorming a bit, what do you think?

I cannot use the inside of the mine. The bandit leader who is in there now is part of some quests so he has to be there. If I remove him the Quests will be broken.

So. two options for more luxurious accomodation. I could build a new camp somewhere else. I could make this place a tiny bit bigger, just enough to add some kind of luxury shed.

Another idea is maybe add like a bandit leader bedroom or treasure room inside the mine.

Cool I like those ideas. The orc follower would be a nice touch since when i see a orc i think bandit.

Added 3 Bandit Guards, hopefully noone will think they are real bandits and try to kill them! The Follower another time maybe.

Nice idea. I can add Bandit Guards very quickly. I have an Orc Follower I made as part of another Mod, I'll copy him over.

Finally Bilegulch mine is so well fortified i have always wanted to live there do you think you could add a few bandit followers that are friendly and guard the mine while you are away.
