Description
We all know Bilegulch Mine and now, by request, you can live there without fear of attack from Bandits.

There are a few Quests that can send you to the Mine. Those Quests are not affected but this will make them very easy (no Bandits getting in the way outside the Mine). Just to be on the safe side save the game before going there to do those Quests.

Two, maybe three, of the Quests require you to kill the Bandit Leader. The mine itself has not been touched so he is inside waiting for you.

The Map Marker has been altered so that it will show on the Map as soon as start the game. That means you can go there as soon as you emerge from the cave at Helgen if you want to do so.

All storage has been replaced with safe storage.

Alchemy table, Enchanting table, Cook pot and Sharpening stone have been added.

Two campfires have been added. One next to a bedroll for the Frostfall players and one for cooking for the Needs and Disceases type of Mods.

Apart from what is mentioned above no changes have been made to the camp.

For those in the know three markers were removed which were for the spawning of the Bandits. Those markers are not linked to any Quest. There is one Marker associated with a Quest and one Trigger both of which have not been touched.

Needs no DLCs just Vanilla.

If you want NPCs at the mine one way would be to use Sokco's Guild Starter at Nexus http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52871/?

I suppose I could add add something so that after you kill the bandits who by default live there the bandits would be replaced with friendly NPCs. Could be a mini quest, just something possible at very low level. Maybe a blacksmith, merchant, etc all invited there by you.
