No idea Gremlin, but I'm going to start compiling modpacks for 2.1 and 3 whatever soon. Many are hard to find as they were either updated or removed from the workshop and I rarely come across modders who will drop the files somewhere or even respond to the requests.

Finally got my last game up far enough that I got the Crystal missiles. Very nice.

Question - Why would Machine Minds not want to learn Biological Warfare? Any chance you can/ will tweak this?

I used to have a real gift for being a gremlin magnet. I was hoping to avoid tweaking things that way by convincing the mod author to add or tweak something to allow it to happen so I wouldn't have to.

Its incredibly easy. I know whatever LLM Brave is using can even put the strings together for you with really high accuracy. Used it to force spawn an L-Gate that actually worked the other day after my galaxy gen didn't create one.

I believe you might also get access to it on a roll with an organic integrated/slave species.

Have you tried using console commands to force the prerequisite techs so the chain opens for you? Also there are anomalies which can give you "Nutrient Replication", or there were, that you could force spawn. Might try those options, filthy UEF scum.

That would explain it. I love my Machines a bit too much. I was just wondering why I never saw it even in late game when my Exterminator fleets are bombing all life from the galaxy.

They are a Society research behind Biological Warfare, which itself requires the Nutrient Replication tech, and Quantum Missiles.

This does make the acquisition of the cystalline missiles more of a challenge for machine intellects.

What do you have to have to get the new missiles? I have seen PPCs but not the missiles.

Personally I was always a fan of the Whirlwind Missile line and was hoping to see it continue to type V.

Yes, the AI can use most of these components. I believe the only thing I have them set to NOT use is the White Matter Bombardment - having the AI glass your planets into barren wastelands is not fun

Any updates coming for 4.0? My attempt to use the mod with 4.0 (worked fine with 3.14) has lead to crashes when I start a new game. Did the painstaking turn one mod off at a time procedure, and unfortunately this was the culprit. Use NSC3 and newest ESC Next as my only starship mods.

watch big empires clash....only to see the game engine crash :steamfacepalm:

I have to eradicate usless small pop speices or delete usless countries in the late game era with console to prevent this FPS and overall performence drop

I occasionally return to Stellaris when the mood strikes me. I mostly just get frustrated with late-game sim drop since my preferred way to play runs a bit long and a bit large. If this mod absolutely breaks or has some glaring issues, I'll definitely run through it and troubleshoot it.

Something like that might certainly be possible, I'll absolutely look into it. Many of these techs really shouldn't be appearing until mid-game. PPCs, advanced armors, amoeba fighters, crystalline missiles, and lances are certainly subject to this - everything else is probably fine. I probably won't make it a hard limit, just reduce their likelihood.

Very powerfull, but with a tech-rush they drop pretty early in the game, is there a way to restrict their spawning to a certain date? Habitats and rings can only be researched in the mid-game
