Probably the way I played a lot of games on shitty CRT monitors with bad cables as a kid.

Do you have custom survivor mods installed?
If so, and if they're loaded first, I can only assume that you don't have any of the video warp effect, or chroma shift going on.
If all you have is scanlines, and vhs interference, you might consider trying my earlier version:

it might at least help with the issue.

i do yes, but so far i can get around the bug by keeping this mod last in the load order.

Do you have any custom texture, or common infected mods? I've run into that issue on both. That said, always could be the textures used in this mod. Maybe try lower model/texture detail?

love the mod. since installing i sometimes have a bug that makes practically everything invisible including infected, any idea what that could be?

Assuming, AUF, that you weren't able to get it to work, I'll try to explain.
It only functions if you install it before whatever custom hand models you have. Because at it's core, these hands are custom.

Also, nice green zombies, for a second I thought you took mine and made them look bad. lol
