The numbers you put into the keypad are the minimum time between events and the maximum time between events.
There are no "best numbers."
Of course, use too small numbers and everything will break before you can fix it, use too large numbers and nothing happens.
I recommend 120 and 300 for the LBCRMS, but that depends on what you actually use this for. Is it a ship with long distances to walk and long fixing times, use bigger numbers. Is it a small car with instant fixing, use smaller numbers.
