Not saying you should change it, btw. I wouldn't have bothered with modifying something already made. ;D
https://sun9-20.userapi.com/c9469/u1463652/96428414/z_a2f907cf.jpg As you can observe from the side view, the smaller length-wise blocks are not present on the side walls, and do not necessarily reflect the width of the walls. 22cm is thick for a panel block--P-3 only had 18cm floor slabs for example.
If you like them use them and if not then don't, simples
Mine are 4 mtrs per floor, 3 mtr ceiling height and 1 mtr floor support. As I said, correctly proportioned

@Denizabr, they are the right size. It is some of the other buildings that are out of proportion. These are made to be within actual building regulation sizes
