Agreed though gameplay would be funner to take them over but from a historical veiwpoint the south only wanted there land unless you made a civil war 2 type thing like where the union and csa fought for land
Is there any way to fix this? (I use Mac btw, so that may be why it isn't working properly).
@jayjay_the_jetplane Yes.... that's how FoW works in Civ. ^^
1. Why can't you build normal brigades-without the the unhappiness? A lot of people volunteered.
2. Why limt brigades to 8? That is only 4 divisions. 2-3 brigades per division. Your 8 is equal to Picketts Charge... Actually there were 9 in Picketts Charge.
3. A lot more of the North should have been developed...
4. Your unhappiness is over blown in the North... Way too high... North was only unhappy in New York and Boston (to a lesser extent)
