ah damn, it said destroy a control tower... so I destroyed one, with 2 rangers left since I ignored the giant. 15 seconds before i lost my command center :( didnt realize i had to destory all 4. but then again it was medium difficulty

Thank you so much POBmaestro for catering to new and medium players, much appreciated.
Most other custom maps only cater to very good players. BTW great map and new ideas, I forgot about the scripts but still enjoyed it greatly.

28 years aka phase 1 up to 12 was very great. But it is unbelievable that 29 years start so much better with this new mechanics. Moral and so on. Can't await to continue. Really really great work! U have to get hired by Numa tic games for the campaign for an they are billions 2. 😁

@Ehramn - nice well done! I'm 95% certain custom map kills count towards the achievement and I'm pretty sure I've read people have used custom maps like this to get the achievements.

So I'm playing this map and survived the final wave and got the east under control. So theoretically, I could hold them forever. That made me think, that I could go for the Infected Killer Level 10 Achievement by just running the game 24/7. Does the game have a highest number of days or can it go on forever?

Thanks Marken for spotting a typo in intro text (the title said Phase 15 instead of 14). This map was Phase 15 when I originally made it but I later swapped it around but obviously I missed one bit :P

@Daz noticed a bug that the end screen did not correctly show a summary of the decisions that were made. This has now been fixed - it was caused by a bug fix of something else! Hopefully when the time comes you can remember what decisions you made without the screenshot. Thanks for all the other feedback; much appreciated and glad to hear you are enjoying the maps.

Hey POBmaestro Great work again, and I love the way you are so inventive like the train on the 4th map as they have't released the assets to the map editor and the barter system. Wanted to say I notice a very minor issue, when you meet Mckenzie on this map, you have choices to put him in prison or let him go to the other colonies or kill him. I chose to make him a prisoner but the end of map summary said I actually had let him go through to the colonies. Doesn't seem to have a big effect as I don't seem to have morale issues, with Morale for Mission 1 (3), Mission 2 (8) and Mission 3 (10). Just thought i would let you know if you wished to investigate. Anyway great work yet again so far. Looking forward to the rest of the maps.

Did not notice the issues with any screen overlap at the end. Honestly the only issue is my computer couldn't handle all the zombies and was really slow by the end. but thats not on you and still made it to the end and got through the dialogue just fine.
morale and illness were incredibly interesting features. did the heating and was in constant fear of running out of wood if I wasnt building every possible sawmill.

plus side on my run, got a bonus Shocking tower as one of my mayors, and was able to place it on the east and free up the lucifers to defending the waves from the path. Would have definitely had to try something else without it, probably will come back and see what its like without that.

I've finished working on and testing an update that should fix the crashes and help reduce the end-game 12h lag by 50%. I've also made some other changes to the ending screens to hopefully fix any issues players were encountering. Please let me know if any of these issues re-occur!

@orionmnt - thanks for the all the feedback, it's all greatly appreciated. I'm sorry about the crashes, I had the first report of this happening last night. It's caused by the east spawn when it gets big towards the end - this was stress tested and it only crashed for me with 50% more than there is now, but it still seems to crash for some. I'm working on a new fix for this (thanks @KarEssMoua for the fix idea). I'll look into the loop problem you are having at the end. Doesn't make any sense, again it's only happening to some users, but I'm working on a fix.

@KillerKanickel - thanks for the feedback and I'm looking into why the end screen overlapped like that for you.

Sooo, finally finished on hard, had 1 crash at 3rd wave (load reverted to 2nd wave), had 1 crash at 4th wave (load reverted to 3rd wave), had 2 crashes at the final wave (load reverted right before the final wave started). I would suggest saving manually to avoid that. Morale went form to 2 to 10 and all the mechanics illness+morale props/cons that I tried are working perfectly, but at the end (after destroyed the 4th tower) I also had the loop between Smith talking and mission summary and had to alt f4 to "leave the game". The difficulty was really good, so close to losing at the end, it is kinda cool to have maps like that, you can't kill everything, you have deadline 'till slowly zombies overrun you :) 10/10 map
Question:
There were no hidden thingies on the both roads towards the tower, right? :)

@orionmnt - thanks for the feedback and I'll have a look at the wording. It does say at the top of the menu to change the following settings by double clicking on them. So then you have the option to change the morale from the default of 0 to what you had (2). But I'll see if I can word it better.

Somehow couldn't understand what did you mean :) Went to twitch and saw a vod from TAB streamer, how he was doing the change :)
With the option:
"The number of soldiers killed in Phase 13 was 6" - I was thinking that was going to make the change, the same goes for the morale one, like it is the final option to make before the game starts.
Isn't something like "set the number of soldiers you killed" and respectively for the morale option easier to understand?
But maybe I'm just not used to playing custom maps (only played 28 YL from 'em) and it is completely irrelevant question :)

Really great map, only problem I had, was that at the end I couldn't read any messges, I instantly got the end screen (the normal in-game statistics) and couldn't read the other mesage, since it was displayed behind it.

I hadn't reloaded the first playthrough, but it did work this morning after a reload and I was able to complete. Thanks for the awesome maps!

@Sajonji - thanks and congrats! Sounds like you need to try hard mode now! It's up to the player but I would expect most to dodge the giant (there is 4 in hard). It would be funny to know if anyone did kill a giant since I don't think they could survive one constantly from the east :P

Afterthoughts:
Played "normal" mode. Won at day 27 with 20 soldiers attacking via the right path and 3 lucifers holding the east with ~10 soldiers behind them with "special zombies" prio targeting.
The snowball was quite enormous. I would have liked it better if only zombies from the south added to the spawning zombies, and not the spawing zombies itself. But i guess that's not even possible in the editor right now
The illness thing at first was: "wtf, another thing, are you insane ???". But quickly adjusted by staying with low workers and later staying at 0 workers and just placing some tents when i needed workers and "spending" the workers.
Even managed to raise morale from -4 to +2. Guess we can need it later on :D

Question:
Only curiosity: What were your intentions with the giant at the towers ? Do you expect people to dodge it (what i did) or to have a big enough army to kill it ?

@Old Ned - sorry you encountered this bug. Did you find and/or reload a save during the playthrough? Either way, looking at it now I think I know what caused it and I've just uploaded an update to try and fix this (wasn't something that happened during testing).

I've destroyed the towers, but I then get the message from Smith, which gives me one option - mission summary. I go to that screen, it gives me the info and a back option - which takes me back to Smith - it's an infinite loop and I can't do anything past that.
