Report a translation problem
Mountains for example are still listed as suitable on the campaign map... but selecting a mountainous region will show the unpleasant penalties in the lower tooltip... And now I'm noticing longer turn timers for building/upgrading buildings, so presumably all the penalties are in place. Wondering if I did a no-no or what happened.

If I am not mistaken, Gaean Vale is a different climate (Magical Forest). It uses different climate suitability by default and yes, the Magical Forest climate is not affected by this mod as those are normally occupied by Wood Elves and they hate High Elves, imagine what would they do to Darks Elves.
So in conclusion, yes it is intended, not a bug.

Just playing through a Malekith campaign and was at Gaean Vale (Avelorn Starting Province Capitol) and it's showing as Unsuitable climate. ALL other settlements and province capitols on Ulthuan are correctly showing as Suitable.
Is this intended or a bug?

Out of these there's only three that seem to change Campaign related stuff: Mixu's Unlocker, Community Bug Fix and Dark Elf Stances. The latter is most likely fine since I installed it after this mod.
Oh and I'm playing as Morathi (Cult of Pleasure) on the Vortex campaign.

It is possible that there was soem sort of a bug regarding using the mod on already started campaign but it seems unlikely to me. I do recommend using mods with a new campaign tho.
I'll let you know if I am able to replicate and fix the issue or not.
So now I'm stuck with both and it seems like all the penalties stack. Units don't replenish even when in a settlement, takes me 8 turns to build a lvl2 settlement, etc... Soo I'm kinda confused, does this mod only work properly with a new save ? Tried uninstalling it too but somehow the changes are still there so it seems I'm fucked lol.

The point is; Climate icon keeps on green color (pleasant) but Region > province effect
tells me that is unpleasant :/

For Lohkir it is possible but Malus has a shared climate pool so it would be suitable for every dark elf. But adding it only for Lohkir might be interesting as it would promote his "pirate raiding" playstyle. Now that I am thinking about it I will probably make ocean unsuitable for Lohkir so he can use the Dreadfleets capital as well.
