I used this mod normally yesterday but today it crashed everytime i load my save. Even i unsub this mod it still not working. I have to load my old save before i added this mod then everything's ok but lost a lot of cycles i've played. Please tell me how to fix it

Since the last update I have been getting crashes. I checked out the mod directory and when it updated it deleted all but the original directory in src. I added the custom paints mod from Nexus that requires yours to work. https://www.nexusmods.com/oxygennotincluded/mods/20
I have tried adding back the mod and even copied the files to both locations the new directory as well as the src directory.

Also I changed the source path so it's easier to find and the new update will not erase it.

one more thing. if you load more then 10 paintings of one type(including vanilla arts too) a numbers start to leak into painting names. this is because of "Substring(1)" in constructor, better to use split.
lets bring beautiful artwork to these poor dups.

if mod fail to parse any of file names in src it will broke the game. main screen no animations played and endless loading screen.
to recreate just remove _ from your default image. mod need to ignore wrong naming and dont break game
and better to ommit underscore so we dont get "_Pretty girl" painting names

Use Mod Manager from Ony + Mod updater, it can save you a lot of time

Your custom images will only show up with 'masterpiece' art. That means you need an artist with the 3rd skill. And any old non-masterpiece paintings have to be destroyed and recreated to become a masterpiece.

i finally got the mod to work, removing another mod that was conflicting. But i have put images in my src file and yet they are not available for use ingame. help

Today I added some more paints, went to load my save game and this mod crashes the existing save game that had fewer previous paints already in it. If I remove the 'new' paints I added the save game works fine. The game engine unmarks this mod for the cause of the crash.

Otherwise mod works great as long as I never add more paints to an existing save game. Have to start a new game to get additional new paints to work.

It doesn't crash any more, But it is still not working.

I made sure it was working, and it was but every time i add new pictures to the folder of pictures this happens.

When your mod updates, it deletes all of the pictures you have in that folder. I suggest reminding people to keep back ups. I did not.

If I double the size of the image from what you have above, is that size still shown on your paintings or do you shrink/stretch images down to the sizes you have listed above?

It is easy to replicate the crash. I have explained it fully in my below post. Simply add more paints after saving the game with existing paints.

What about the quality of the paint, is that something I can specify? Not sure how you handle that with a bunch of images.

I had 1 normal paint to see if your mod was working since I saw it was updated. I then painted it and saved the game. I then added more and loading that save game crashes the game on 'save game load'.

How many of each painting size can I have?

The game crashes if I load a save game that had some paints, and I add more later.
