I think there is no problem with the current version to play game. I'll patch the mod when it does not work properly.

I guess it is not a bad idea to add some mechanics for Chinese city states in Southeast Asia like Lanfang Republic or some other Chinese Company Republics (Kongsi republic). They were very interesting states in real history. It seems like something between a brotherhood, a maritime republic, and a colonial company.

The Mandate system is worth having because I added Chinese empires' Jimi System(羈縻制) which means loose-control over nomads. Chinese emperors used the system to divide, manipulate and destroy their nomad enemies. It was quite effective in history.

I want to play Ming... without the mandate mechanic. Currently its only possible by Yuan and Qing to play so, because you can claim the mandate or not. Ming can not reform the government or quit the mandate-system.
Can i do so with this mod? I want to play as Ming, because there units are looking much better for me than Yuan or Qing on T3-4.

Maybe with a massive crises if you do so.
