Haha thank you for the comment, this base is long overdue for a much needed update. Since its release, I have gotten much better at building things. I'd recommend checking out the rest of my workshop for more awesome creations.

Just installed and I'm already loving the layout of this base, even if all the rotors and subgrids take me from 80FPS down to 30.

Not at this time, though I am currently working on a fair more grander build at this moment. If you look at my recent screenshots you'll see what I'm talking about. After my current build, I already plan on finishing two other larger builds that were nearly completed earlier this year. So as far as a updated ADOC, no very likely anytime soon.

Thank you Mr.prOfessOr... with all the new updates and goodies Keen has introduced to the game, this facility is in desperate need of a major overhaul.

Kinda funny actually, this structure began as a simple garage in a old survival playthrough, ended up making it a drive-thru garage then just kept getting expanded over and over. Over the passed year I've learned a lot and have gotten better at building things. I'm currently working on a massive planetary relay station as well has a very large land crawler. I don't have the luxury of time to work on projects like I used to, but I that just gives me more time to think what I really want to do in a build. I finally got this thing built, in survival!!.... but without the sub grids. What i really love to see is an Architects (@Dmize74) detailed walk through vid ;-)

One of the current SE updates messed with all the LCDs, so all my BOs with custom text (i.e. all the vehicle advisements I built) are incorrect and need to be addressed. I'm currently working on a large project, once that it completed, I plan to come back to this build and update it. Sorry for any inconveniences...

Really very nice, just missing a few vehicles. For example, on the monitors everywhere and on the last picture on the Steam page. Should that be so or will they be added later?

If in creative, everything should spawn in when placed. If you're building it from a projector, the BP will not show subgrids so you would have to place them down manually. To place down manually, add a small advanced rotor head then place a connector.

There are subgrids on this, all the vehicle connectors are attached to advanced rotors with small grid connectors. This allows adjustments needed to lower or raise the connector to fit certain vehicles

When I load the blueprint I get a dialog box that says "Multiple grids not supported. Only largest grid will be used." How do I get the rest of the blueprint?

I'm actually planning on making a Mk2 version that'll be updated with the Decor 2 DLC along with a complete basement, though that project will not start until next year. Currently working on two large projects on the moment.

The Welder crane was a last minute addition. But the controls are located on the floor, just at the maintenance ditch.

Oh, okay :) There are already mods out there that interface with the Economics update and/or offer different ATMs and Stores. I'll try to load it in creative and let you know if it breaks!

As far as I know, you technically shouldn't need the DLCs to use this. As for the Economy DLC, only thing that would be missing is the ATM and Store I believe. If you can't place it down in Creative or can't build it in Survival with a projector, please let me know. If anything, a fully vanilla, no DLC version can be released but that won't happen for a few months since I'm still working on the rest of the Aegis Delta series.

This is an awesome build. I really like the overall design, from what I have seen. But is there any chance to post a version without the Economy DLC skins so those without it can play in solo with it?

Wow! Just wow! Currently at 455 subs in just a couple days. Thank you, thank you all very, very much. Your support inspires me to keep producing more creations with my best abilities. I'm seriously surprised and extremely thankful that so many people like this base, and it's only the beginning! Three more main structures are under development for the Aegis Delta set. I thought about doing a cab for the printer, but never did it since I oriented the projection through the main controls. As for using the printer, it's fairly easy. Select the vehicle you want print, must be a small grid BP and not large, move the projection so that the front is face either main hanger door, lower the welders, switch them on, then raise the printer. It moves slow enough to welding each layer.

Very nice base and I picked up a few things to try in my own base during a walkthrough.

I would redo the controls for the welder though. Maybe you could put in a control cab where the engineer can manipulate the projection (direction and orientation) before bringing down and turning on the welders.

Thank you. I definitely spent a lot of time working on this, trying to get the details and realism to be as immersive as possible. It can be used as a survival base, even has a decent amount of supplies in the cargo holds, as well as a Role-play base. Another structure is on the way with two more after that planned, as well as defense structures.

Also, I've noticed that there's a major lack of base BPs, one of the many reasons why I decided to get this started and finished. For now, I'll be focusing on land based structures. Then I'll be moving into the stars...
