Just a suggestion, could you make the haven trooper's models the same as the stealth operative, just without the shield.

Outer Heaven is the name of the organization. Outer Haven is the name of the vessel which was its base. This is reflected in the name of the capital.

Quick advice for other users, if you start in a later era, don't use the extra settlers, as their cities will not have the special buildings.

Alright, Thanks for the answer. Other than no unique models this civ is pretty good and fun to play as.

Oh and you're also pretty good at making modded civs.

Not a bug, just that I have only relatively recently gotten competent at importing 3D models to the game. Might see MGS4 model imports for this one, but it will be a long time before I update this one again; it's in my bottom 3 favorite Civs I've ever made :/

Found a bug, the PMC Incorportator and haven trooper uses the Great General and XCOM models. Is this intended?

Not by itself, BNW is required for all of my Civs with the exception of the shitty old version of the MSF that I wish people would stop subscribing to.

PMCIs are being given the Settler AI in the SQL, so unless there are some goofy exceptions in the code (always a possibility), they should be working normally. I'll take a look when I get a chance.

I've tried 2 games with an AI using this civ and I've never seen them settle a second city, even when they've had 2 PMC Incorporators.

I am, and after some messing around I think I found out the problem being the Community Patch. Problem stopped after I disabled that.

I really like this Civ, but I'm having trouble trying to play it. Any time I try and use a PMCI to found a city, the game immediately crashes without any error notification.

PMCIs are considered part of the Great General unit class, but they have been given the Settler's AI instead of the Great General's AI.

Are PMC Incorporators still classified as great general types, rather than settler types? If so, it would explain why the AI never seems to use them, as well as why they aren't capturable.

If that's the case, then it may have something to do with the script that increases city population and gives it a Barracks. I'll see if I can find a way around it in the next update.

Not to sound like an ass, but this literaly happens in all save files. Dont get me wrong I can still play as the civ no problem, it is just that the models for the citys are missing a turn after they are founded, and any city I capture, the model for the city dissapears a turn after.

In other news, that soundtrack is still coming, eventually...right now, I've got major updates to my Madoka civs I need to finish first. Once finals are over in two weeks, I'll finally have time to really devote to modding again.

Extended soundtrack is coming sometime, but it might take a bit. A lot of the good battle themes from MGS4 need to be extended from their soundtrack versions, so it's not a simple zip-and-upload job. Plus, I'm working on an update for my other mods that might take a while itself.

Every mod I've made is compatible with the fall patch. In fact, I was making them ready for it since the public beta of the patch was open, since the biggest complaint about my mods by far was the difficulty of installing the custom music. I was far more than ready to make it easier on everyone.

I have not tried THIS mod yet but I am wondering about your prevoius mods that came out (Mainly the Saber mod, which is absolutly great, that is for a different time.) you see there is this bug that ouccred post patch of 'This mod is not compatiable with this versoin of the game." and want to get in contact with a couple of modders that i am following and using there mods so. You see what i am saying, i will have to check all my mods for compatiblity issues.

Also the gecko unit would be a great replacer and uu for this race, considering the Gecko is the standard sub MG unit at his disposal.
