Functional Trade Fair was made by in main part by dominuskevin and all of his other mods were practically removed from Steam Workshop due to continuous issues with mods from Recommended Mods List. There was even a time when I had each day a lot of reports from different players, at least it stopped after his mods were removed. :winter2019happyyul:
If you don't need to, then try to avoid mods outside Recommended Mods List.
Modders have limited access to code and some things are hardcoded so at some point experimenting and less testing end with unstable game.

thanks I will remove it then I hadn't noticed it acting negatively orogrinally and saw Megadori was one of the creators and people still useing it , so I thought it might still work ok, however I also noticed it didnt seem to do anything in game at the time so I didnt bother removeing it since it seemed harmless. However since its interfering with your mods I will remove it as its not adding anything to my game and seems to be detreacting. I will keep an eye out if I spot any other weird behaviors and I will take a quick glance through my mods list I think I only have a few mods not on it things like removing cooldown from tree planting in FPV (waiting for that is like grinding my own teeth its painful) however most of my mods seem to be from your list so I shouldn't run into too many more problems

What is happening with your eggs is because of Functional trade fair MOD. It was made when there weren't many mods in the Workshop and people didn't care much about compatibility with other mods or core game mechanics... It became more important later but not every mod was reprogrammed for that purpose. This is one of the reason why I've created Recommended Mods List and why I know every mod on that list. :winter2019happyyul:

You can try to lock eggs and then they will be only used in production buildings.

Darmondmazual, I would advise against using mods that aren't listed at Recommended Mods List. Functional trade fair is not on that list for a reason and because it's not compatible with other mods.
All of my mods are designed to work with core game mechanics but if you are using mods not listed at Recommended Mods List I can't help you with your issue.

so I may have come across an interesting issue however I am not sure if its this mod or another mod interacting with it (however I don't think I have any that would do this) basically my other villagers are constantly raiding the eggs for themselves so eggs are never collected by the Herdsmen never go to the barn and thing needing eggs to cook doesn't get cooked. not sure why my villagers are able to do that not seen them do that with any of the gardens or fish farms, just the poultry house. Not sure if this is a core game behavior or not tbh and only thing I think I have that edit behaviors is functional trade fair. Its not game breaking or anything as if I have enough other foods they eventually leave the eggs alone its just a little odd they can steal the food (once I have enough markets I am hoping this stops entirely tbh but I am not at that point yet)

Do you know how to properly unsubscribe from a mod? My mod is working perfectly fine with core game mechanics. It was tested by various players and no one reported any issues with it let alone issue with transporting goods.
Please recheck your Mods List and make some changes. Many mods at Workshop are breaking game mechanics and can make your game unstable.

I'm really sorry but if you're using mods outside the Recommended Mods List I can't help you.
Messing up with core game mechanics won't help you either so try to avoid mods that change human behavior.

I am mostly using mods from the recommended list, I was using one to increase carry weight from another person but I don't know if it was even working, but even after removing it nothing changes.
Then I tried demolishing the Poultry and re-build it, now it's not producing Poultry even though I didn't change anything in the mod options to make it stop producing Poltry. Now I am confused.

Hi there, without knowing if you're using only mods from Recommended Mods List I can't help you with your issue. My mod is working perfectly fine with core game mechanics.

Usually "transport issues" are present when player messes up with villagers carry weight setting and similar ones and uses not compatible game mechanics breaking mods which Steam Workshop has many.

To transport the Poultry out of it to a Barn do I need to do something specific? Because for some reason the worker doesn't transport it to the Barn, he only transports the Eggs.

I'm seeing a small issue when trying to click on other buildings around the small poultry houses: most times even though I'm cloicking several tiles away, I'll still open the poultry house's window instead of whatever I'm clicking on.
It only happens if clicking on things that are behind or to the side, not clicking on something very close but in front of the poultry house.
Rotating the camera to put the poultryhouse behind whatever I want to click on has become a reflex so there's no big issue, but still something weird going on :)

Oh, my bad, it was just happening when I would try an open that one tab every time in the chicken shack. Thank You very much, I wish I understood these things as well as you and the other modders seem to... I hadn't thought it was that till the 8th time it did it in a row, so again, Thank You for being so awesome!! and yes I have been using your list there, now that I know I don't need to be all signed in n stuff, to finish building my mod list... left out the free resource stuff and grabbed all the quality of life and realism type mods

If you need similar feature then use tested and well-made, fully compatible mod - Guards Guards and place buildings like Command Post or Training Yard near your animals. With those you won't need to worry about animals eating your stock at pastures.

It was reported many times as faulty one by many mods users. Try to avoid mods that are not posted in Recommended Mods List. Not all of Workshop content was made properly. Some mods work only partly and they crash game. This is why Recommended Mods List was created - to avoid such mods.

Find this mod using it's number 943965147 in core game folder called "mods" and remove it from your Mods List, It's not working with current game version and it's not compatible with recommended tested mods posted in here

@ChunkyBluntz, mod works perfectly fine and doesn't crash the game, it was tested many times by diferent players so if you want to receive help then I need to see log file from your game right after the crash. Without that I can't help you as I need to see data.

ok so I cant get a picture of any error, but I have recreated an issue with this mod. Once built and there is a villager assigned to the building, the game crashes if I try to go to that villager through the personnel menu or by going to the center tab on the chicken shack itself

Hey eien love the mod small bug tho, the area in which you click it to open the interface can some time be way off Ex: click the barn with it next to the poultry house open the poultry house instead of the barn. Ill try to get a pic for you. Keep up the good work man!!

@eien, is it possible to add the option to supply it with Grain and Water to enhance its eggs / poultry production?

Then it becomes like an indoor farmhouse (at the end of the day, Chicken inside that house producing eggs need to eat and drink, and Grain would be a substitute for the Oats found in the coop - after all, Chicken do eat grains of all sorts)

Like I wrote before, it needs workers and it doesn't only produce eggs. If you don't like how this mod works then you don't need to use it.

@NuGGet, this mod as in description needs 2 workers. If you don't have workers and don't transport goods from building to barn you'll lost all of your supply.
