So this is one of my favorite mods and it seems to run fine for me. Most actions work, but when I assign a special role to a subject, the game crashes. Any ideas on why this is or if maybe there's potential mod conflicts?

Description
The idea of this mod is to bring new unique gameplay experience and even create a new subject-based playstyles, and make vassals more useful.
Mod changes checksum(you can’t get achievements on ironman).
Mod does not overwrite any game files, meaning it’s supposed to be fully compatible with any other mod, even with those that add new subject types.

Why the subject interaction doesn't show up? Im not using any mods other than this but I reloaded a save file that was on 1650's

there's a lot of errors, has no idea mods had so many errors lol, i wonder how the game works with all that XD

If you play with mods that add new idea group you should use "disable subjects ideas changing" button

C:\Users\%%USERNAME%%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\logs
Here you can find some logs, "error.log" for example. Activate all mods you would like to play with, let game crash. Then copy text from file to some tex sharing services like pastebin.com and post link here
Also if you want me to check compatibility with other mods, post links to mods

Hi, your Mod is making my game crash to desktop :(, it happens when i change a vassal role or add one to it, it happens when a month ends, i tried the mod alone in a new game and it was ok in that month i did the change, i'm using Idea Var. Lite+Gov Expand+Mission Expand, since the only one that updated was Mission expanded i think that might be the one cause the conflict?

Would love it if you could check it out, i can play without roles but they really help vassals.

It actually works fine with extended timeline so long as you don't turn on changing subject ideas.

Maybe you have problems with downloading the mod? Try unsubscribe/subscribe it or clear steam download cache

Was wondering your opinion on an idea for a special interaction for countries of a certain size and development, like maybe something like below 100 or 200 total development maybe you could make them something like integrated vassals. The idea being a kind of HRE type system where the more you have you gain bonuses and they gain their own kind of bonuses like if you have one maybe you just gain legitimacy, devotion, or Republican tradition. If you have 2 you maybe gain prestige also, and etc as you gain more, but if they ever go over a certain development that subject loses its bonuses and it becomes a standard vassal. Also these vassals cant be integrated so long as they are an integrated vassal.

I checked it out myself with mods that you have mentioned and I have nothing wrong, the subject interaction button is still here and working. This can took some time, but try to disable other AIM or Typhus mods one by one, then tell me which mod cause problem

Dunno why I can't get this to work.

I'm using an update of AIM, and Typhus, but I don't see why they'd stop the mod from working. I'm playing as Bohemia and I start the game with a vassal, but the subject interaction options just aren't there. I'm using Subjects Expanded as well.

Losing a stability for every action is a bit too much imo, why not replace it with, say 50 bird mana

You should test it on your own but I think it would be working fine, you still can designate roles or use basic interactions

I will add "disable ideas changing" button because probably it's not working correctly(vassals may have more ideas then their tech allows)
