I'd rather have one that is "small" like how there is "small" machine and electronics part factories vs. full size. Thus, you could have all 3 inside a dome. There probably should be some limitation of having it fit against dome walls with an exhaust port exiting the dome since the chemical exhuast would kill the colonists..... you know... being that it's making plastics from fuels. Ironically, the fuel is being produced from water though.... lol. I'm assuming it's hydrogen fuel. Just a funny thought throwing out there.
