Considering it did work for me there are only three possibilities:
1) a mod conflict (very unlikely because these effects don't exist elsewhere)
2) it might take an extra turn to show up due to how end of turn triggers work in this game
3) corrupted data (unlikely that it only hit that but it's possible)

Something may be wrong then because I hovered over the breakdown and didn't see it there. I already started a new save because it was ironman and I kinda lost immediately.

You can find the exact bonus in the list of effects for each character in your group.
If you know what kind of stats you gain, you may also hover over the relevant attribute in the character sheet (in this case gathering) for a breakdown.
The mountain itself should also come with a list of all the effects as the originating effect.

Are the bonuses from the Moving Mountain rituals listed anywhere? I made the "gatherer building" one and don't see any increase.

@lorska i have tried validating my files and there was a corrupt file but even then i cant build it
i am pretty sure the notification i get on the side is when i dont have enough resources for something but i do have them
also the same thing is happening with the hermit idol

Try validating your files through steam in case there is some file corruption happening as well.

I'm actually not sure what the problem could be there... The building you are talking about is very basic, no bells or whistles.
Do you maybe already have the building and it shows you that it's being demolished?

hello mate
i have been enjoying the mod alot but i ran into a problem and i hope u can guide me to fix it if possible
i have been trying to make the storage area for like 20 turns now but it keeps refusing to be built with a notification that has a slash on it
i tried everything i could think from deleting and trying to build a new one to changing the material but nothing worked

It's completely separate.
Whatever you do with your village does not in any way influence your mountain and vice versa.
I'd personally go for either one or the other, simply because it'll take a lot of materials and it's more balanced towards only having one of the two.

And just to clarify, The moving mountain upgrades are for it, and if I were to let's say, purchase an idol/building upgrade I can't build it with mountain?

You can create the stone earlier and just take it with you but yeah. Just carry it where you want to get to.

By design, here is the pattern I guess: send an exploration team to another island, create infused stone, tp the village to the exploration team ?

You have to create an infused stone.
That acts as a homing device.
If you then use the teleportation ritual in your village you will teleport to it.
The process will destroy a percentage of resources in the initial location and close down all resource generation buildings.
Be careful you don't have multiple infused stones (it will choose one randomly) also invalid locations (water) will lead to a failed teleport.

Dear Lorska. How "village teleportation" works please ? I did the ritual, my villahe has not move at all and some buildings were destroyed..
In the same way, I can notice that this ritual is available for a simple camp. What can I expect from it please ? Go back to my island ?

I'm fairly sure it was compatible but your research tree is gonna look like a mess. I don't recall which mod you'll have to load first though, I think mine...
You could try it out, one load order is probably gonna make a real mess out of it, the other one is just gonna be very squished

Welp, I spoke too soon ! Went to continue my save (it was a save only on quit run, so I figured I was screwed) and it actually auto-saved a couple turns earlier, and resumed from there. Phew!

Thanks so much for this amazing mod, I hope the devs look at what you've done if they ever make Thea 3 !

Had a bug crash happen when an attraction event popped for a beast type character. I don't have many mods, relatively speaking, but wondering how to avoid in the future? This mod is absolutely amazing and I'm not sure I'd want to play the base game again after using this, but losing a save file after 250 turns is pretty rough.

It will be automatically converted in your village. The resources depend on the tier of your mining building, higher tiers add the respective tier of resources to the refinement, up to T4.

Hi friend, how does mined stone and foraged wood work? I cannot see them in my inventory? Do they just turn into their respective resources? I am not sure which resources they turn into

You gain points over time depending on how many buildings you have and their tier.
So yes, you just need to wait a bit :)

I have those nodes i got the jist of how they worked, roughly around maybe turn 100 odd an event popped up about my people exploring a mine and just spawned a diamond node, thought it was your mod that did it, huh i wonder how it happened, probably one of the other event mods. Thanks though :)

I don't spawn regular nodes. What is being spawned are custom resource nodes that get transformed into resources depending on your choice of building. You can have one of each of the two groups: foraged (wood/bone/leather) and mined (stone/metal/gem) but in either case it should spawn a forage or mining node.
If the mine does indeed spawn a diamond node, that's a bug (didn't happen during my testing though).

Just curious i got an event about the mines and it spawned a diamond node in my village borders, was this your mod? if so what causes it and how can i get my bone hut to do the same.

You can just use the seed on a building in the village that will give you a strong character you can turn into your chosen instead. There is really no reason to have both village and MM.

People who played nomads were left out and wanted something too, so the thought process was whining xD

The other ring is a base game jewelry item that is pretty overpowered as it flatly increases all stats.
Think of the MM as a nomadic village. You gain a part of the possible upgrades a village could get ~50% though it's more expensive and you don't get any special events or special buildings.
Improvement points are required for certain buildings, there's the faction building that will increase reputation with a faction over time and enable events for that faction, and there's the village improvements, which give you either a production or combat related option (usually attribute increases) as well as enabling special events for that improvement.

kk, thx for the quick reply, was just wondering how Aarmik got 5 distance... I have 3 t3 ressources at 5 distance as well as some fish and meat and shrooms, would love to have those in the village radfius :(

The trait card does nothing for villages, only for regular camping.

Also yes, all bonuses are identical, you can not stack these effects, though you could supplement stuff by only building it for one variant.
There's generally no reason to go MM when you are also using a village because it's just gonna be more costly to upgrade and you also miss out on another option to use your seed.

Also, I have the moving mountain in a village, and it does not push back gathering range, stays at 4 (I have the gathering range card, moving mountain and the village research topped) doesnt give any extra bonus to gathering or others either to have MM in village. Is this normal?
