Considering it did work for me there are only three possibilities:
1) a mod conflict (very unlikely because these effects don't exist elsewhere)
2) it might take an extra turn to show up due to how end of turn triggers work in this game
3) corrupted data (unlikely that it only hit that but it's possible)
You can find the exact bonus in the list of effects for each character in your group.
If you know what kind of stats you gain, you may also hover over the relevant attribute in the character sheet (in this case gathering) for a breakdown.
The mountain itself should also come with a list of all the effects as the originating effect.
i am pretty sure the notification i get on the side is when i dont have enough resources for something but i do have them
also the same thing is happening with the hermit idol
I'm actually not sure what the problem could be there... The building you are talking about is very basic, no bells or whistles.
Do you maybe already have the building and it shows you that it's being demolished?
i have been enjoying the mod alot but i ran into a problem and i hope u can guide me to fix it if possible
i have been trying to make the storage area for like 20 turns now but it keeps refusing to be built with a notification that has a slash on it
i tried everything i could think from deleting and trying to build a new one to changing the material but nothing worked
Whatever you do with your village does not in any way influence your mountain and vice versa.
I'd personally go for either one or the other, simply because it'll take a lot of materials and it's more balanced towards only having one of the two.
And just to clarify, The moving mountain upgrades are for it, and if I were to let's say, purchase an idol/building upgrade I can't build it with mountain?
By design, here is the pattern I guess: send an exploration team to another island, create infused stone, tp the village to the exploration team ?
That acts as a homing device.
If you then use the teleportation ritual in your village you will teleport to it.
The process will destroy a percentage of resources in the initial location and close down all resource generation buildings.
Be careful you don't have multiple infused stones (it will choose one randomly) also invalid locations (water) will lead to a failed teleport.
In the same way, I can notice that this ritual is available for a simple camp. What can I expect from it please ? Go back to my island ?

You could try it out, one load order is probably gonna make a real mess out of it, the other one is just gonna be very squished

It will be automatically converted in your village. The resources depend on the tier of your mining building, higher tiers add the respective tier of resources to the refinement, up to T4.
No, but you can just use the basic moon bridge ritual, as it's just a character.

There are events that grant mod-specific resources for extra buildings, so I guess?
There aren't too many village mods around lol.
You gain points over time depending on how many buildings you have and their tier.
So yes, you just need to wait a bit :)

If the mine does indeed spawn a diamond node, that's a bug (didn't happen during my testing though).
You can just use the seed on a building in the village that will give you a strong character you can turn into your chosen instead. There is really no reason to have both village and MM.
People who played nomads were left out and wanted something too, so the thought process was whining xD
The other ring is a base game jewelry item that is pretty overpowered as it flatly increases all stats.
Think of the MM as a nomadic village. You gain a part of the possible upgrades a village could get ~50% though it's more expensive and you don't get any special events or special buildings.
Improvement points are required for certain buildings, there's the faction building that will increase reputation with a faction over time and enable events for that faction, and there's the village improvements, which give you either a production or combat related option (usually attribute increases) as well as enabling special events for that improvement.

I'm not sure actually, I think I recently tested it again and just got to the regular amount so I don't know what exactly happened there :/
The trait card does nothing for villages, only for regular camping.
Also yes, all bonuses are identical, you can not stack these effects, though you could supplement stuff by only building it for one variant.
There's generally no reason to go MM when you are also using a village because it's just gonna be more costly to upgrade and you also miss out on another option to use your seed.
