@agizmo the PGUP PGDN buttons actually let you raise and lower bases if you just lower the base till the solar panels are showing then you get out your survival drill and mine out the inside - I managed to mine it out in around 2-3 mins

looks nice, but how do i spawn this base, do i have to dig the hole first?

@Eisenwulf I actually planned on building a larger version of this with a slightly higher lvl that is more of a expandable permanent base - this base I thought of more as a quick placement till you left the planet and moved on

Excellent! Great for a 'hasty' base. Very nice use of the new blocks!

My only suggestion...add a empty second sub-level so the player can "grow" the base (add a farm / furnace / etc.)
