E.I. Underground Starter A10

I designed this to be a early game base using the new dig mode on the survival laser. The surface bunker is made of concrete while the rest is made of plastic as a time saver. its small size and energy footprint make it less noticeable and has a 2.1% chance for drones to attack it. (plus Reputation) This makes it a quick and easy base to use on starter worlds letting you save supplies for CV or SV to get you off planet.
