Yeah thats my post, I tried the reccomendation but it didnt work :(
Tomb kings is just currently set at 0 base income, so just change that to higher, same tables as the others from what I know.
If it wasn't for the launcher problem I'd probobly release 10-20 more mods by now and kept old updated, but the problems kinda killed my vibe for this game, barely playing it because of that, or buying DLC.. they should figure out their problems.
Heck I even cleanly installed my PC, installed steam and game and still same problem.

Not sure, I'v been having trouble with the launcher, keeping me from beeing unable to update my mods or upload new ones.. I have 5 new mods I havn't been able to post for soon a year now.. they broke the launcher at some point and it stopped working propperly, I'v reinstalled the game, steam and all but nothing.
But what you could do is customise this mod to only affect the faction you'r playing, that would be simple number change in this mod, but it's not perfect sollution to your wish.
although I do think there are mods that gives only the player more gold base income? search mods for more gold and try to find one that only affect the player I think there are.
Once again I have problem updating my mods haha, but they should still all be compatible with the new update anyway if you check load out of date mods.

but if I or you make this change with a mod I would deffinetly consider increasing the Major factions from the base income, or remove the bonus from a mod like this to the minor factions.
be sure not to decrease the income of minor factions from the Vanilla base as that might lead to them not beeing able to raise an army at all ! :)
Although I think are mods released that add the major factions auto balance buff.
A perfect mod for this imo would be a slightly smaller buff on auto balance for major factions but a bit more gold to them maybe, I like when mutliple smaller things add together for a less obvious and more fluid shift.

I think you misunderstand me - or more likely I mis-spoke. I should not have said that this mod makes the balance "worse." In fact, there should be no difference between un-modded and this mod in terms of balance contribution, precisely because both "major" and "minor" factions have the same income in both set-ups. What I should've said was that - given the patch getting rid of major faction AR bonuses - major factions are now in need of a significant boost to restore a semblance of balance. And perhaps creating an income gap may be a solution. I am going to test by reducing minor faction income by -1000 and then go from there. (But that may not be enough, as some minor factions now start with 4 provinces?[!!!).
Although I didn't actully notice much difference with what factions survived or not with this mod on.
I think the problem is almost exclusivly that they changed the auto resolve change.
but it could be something to add to a mod like this if you wanted to rebalance it back to how it was before the update.
but I probly won't add it to this, but instead make another one if so.
Most noticble difference is just the smaller factions of Ai will be slightly better off against the bigger factions of Ai, to the already big factions a little bit extra gold won't do much.
