Hope this gives people some ideas for making fountains ^_^
There are a couple of ways this could be achieved in-game, each with its own pros and cons. I opted to leave it as you see it, as it's quite a subdued fountain overall (given its proximity to vehicles), but for the benefit of any budding asset creators:

Just save your asset after you changed the category (same file and asset name!), then update the workshop item.
