in the game files, it is not possible to change the number of dropped cells separately for each location, only the drop rate for each. I made a new mod for the latest version of the game it correctly increases the cells drop rate

For those wondering, this hasn't been updated for the Fatal Falls DLC yet, so it will not work in the latest version. Even if there are no other mods installed.
