I can't change laws of the North Sea Empire. Like the options don't even exist :(

I am playing as a little Norwegian Count in 766 start date and I don't notice any new decisions or cultures.

Character creator only generates the surname Smith for Anglo-Norse culture, and playing as Anglo-Norse culture crashes the game whenever you try to interact with intrigue decisions. Great idea for a mod, but game breaking as it is.

Does this mod still affect portraits? I tried it some time back and it reverted the appearances back to default, instead of using the mod I have for portraits.

I'm currently trying to troubleshoot a bug where the succession law of the North Sea Empire defaults to Open Elective. I've had no luck trying to fix it. Also 99% sure its not a mod conflict.

The latest update messed up some of the coat-of-arms. I've looked into it and I found that if one CoA is missing from the game files the others after it are assigned to the wrong title. On 769 start, Kingdom of Scotland has the Isle of Man CoA for example. Did you add some titles and forgot about the CoA?

Sorry for the updates taking so long, uni work hit me like a train so I haven't had much time to work on it. However I'm getting back into the swing of things and should at least have the celtic stuff finished soon.

Small update before I release the bulk of the Celtic update - apologies for it taking so long

Long awaited Norse-Gael Culture - Events to from, spread and character convert - More events and decision on the way
Duchy of Worcester - splits Mercia and will be absorbed into Wales if you reclaim the greater Welsh Borders.
More events for Welsh and other British Celts

#Fixes
Localisation fixes
Culture events crashing game (hopefully)
'Proclaim Greater Wales' should now give Bloodline as intended
North Sea Bloodline should now always allow the invasion CB to be used (still once per lifetime)

The name would be written Knut not Cnut, also the anglo saxon culture being able to form North Sea Empire does not make sense due to their religious conversion and merging on the brittish Isles taking them away from the culture and faith of the north germanic, it does make sense with the idea of creating a hybrid culture though.
Keep up the good work, can't believe a modder gives more attention to northern europe then a scandinavian studio, darn swecucks

Quick Update - Been working on the mod where I can but also been swamped by assignments at Uni. As such I am going to try and release all the Celtic content I am currently working on in one go in a few weeks rather than aim to release it in parts as originally planned. Should be ready in a few weeks so long as everything goes to plan(which it rarely does) so hang tight

Will there not be an expansion of the mod surrounding the other two North-Sea Germanic people? Nothing on the (Old and Modern Low) Saxons or Frisians? I don't want to sound demanding, but North Sea means more than just Danmark, Norge and Aenglaland + the Celts.

@Ihavenobrain25 I gave a Welsh run a shot last night. I start almost all of my games at 769, so its the fuller Wales before Mercia steals its land. I managed to get the Greater Wales decision to go, however, if the title is supposed to become Kingdom of Greater Wales, it did not for me. That might be from another mod on my end though. I did notice that when you get the bloodline for doing the decision that there is no description in the text box. I can say that the borders of the counties in eastern wales are pretty awfully drawn in game once you activate the decision. Mercia sticks out into Wales so bad lol. I Might have to use title manager mod to make a new duchy after taking Warwick and Worcester. Ddwyrain Cymru(East Wales) maybe? Looking forward to the next update :)

First(and smallest) part of the Celtic update is out, added new cultures, new decisions, new title and lots of new events for celtic rulers

Please add culture Low Saxon/Low German. It's an language spoken in North Germany and Netherlands, related with English and Dutch.

Sorry for note replying for a few days, been awfully busy. However now back working on the mod. I'm currently finishing up the start of the celtic section of the mod which includes new events, decisions, titles and cultures including some from the recommendations made by you guys such as; an Isle of Wight Duchy title, Cornish cultures and a Celtic Empire title; as-well as my own ideas that I've been working on. This will probably be part 1 of a 2 or 3 part update for the celtic stuff and once that is done I am going to get to work on the Dutch and Saxon coast.

Frisians and Low Germans/Saxons should gain some attention at least. The name North Sea, at least on a linguistic basis, suggests those two groups, due to being, along with English and Scots, in the North Sea Germanic subgroup of the West Germanic languages.

I would probably rename "Anglo-Norse" to "Anglo-Danes" and have them work as a cultural melting pot instead.
