Small update before I release the bulk of the Celtic update - apologies for it taking so long

Long awaited Norse-Gael Culture - Events to from, spread and character convert - More events and decision on the way
Duchy of Worcester - splits Mercia and will be absorbed into Wales if you reclaim the greater Welsh Borders.

Version 2.1 - Celtic Update Part 1

#New
-Added Cornish and Cumbrian Cultures and changed appropriate histories. You'll be able to see both in the earliest two bookmarks and Cornish throughout the games history. Both can spread and reappear if destroyed via event

-Added a 'Breton Guard' for rulers of the North Sea Empire that is created by decision

-By request added a Isle of Wight Duchy title, starts titular but can gain de-jure reign of wight via decision - Also has special events for Norse or Saxon rulers.

-A series of new events for Celtic rulers (hopefully all of them work and localisation is correct)

#Fixes/Changes

- Icelandic culture should now actually spread
-Anglo-Norse is now also subject to the English Melting pot event if England becomes independent of the North Sea Empire although it will take longer for English to both form from and spread to Anglo-Norse counties.

-New decisions for Icelandic Kings to claim the North Sea Isles
-More localisation fixes
-Hopefully fixed bug in which title laws wouldn't carry over when forming the North Sea Empire
