Same question as another, any chance of having this mod where you keep your starting relic, but also get the dice?

There are other mods like that out there now, maybe one can look at those? I would, but I have no idea what I'm doing/bad at coding :3

I would personally make the benefits/drawbacks on opposite sides of a die (so a 1 is +5 Max HP but a 6 is -5) since that seems a tad more balanced but idk

每次战斗结束都会掷一次骰子
1:获得5点最大生命值。
2:失去5点最大生命值。
3:获得15金币。
4:失去15金币。
5:随机升级卡组中一张卡。
6:将1张随机诅咒加入卡组。

给个建议,遗物本身应该是正面效果大于负面效果的,这个遗物不看56,1234的效果居然抵消了。。而56,6的负面效果是大于5的,综合来说这个遗物负面大于正面。。。

To give a suggestion, the effect of the relic itself should be more positive than negative.Except 56,1234 can be offset by this relic. The negative effects of 56,6 are greater than 5.
In general, the negative effects of this relic are greater than the positive ones....

Die Robbe - Okay cool, in either case thanks for your thoughts. The dice set will likely be further down the line. I did release a new mod last night called 'Starting Relic: Pandora's Box' which is a bit more vanilla but follows the same theme of randomness. There's a bit of project related clean up work I have to do with each mod and at least one more random related mod I want to write before I commit myself to working on the Dice Set. I believe Hubris Mod also has a Dice relic as well with a d20 and a bunch of other cool stuff going on with it that I would recommend checking out.

The Point :
Look into creating a seperate mod (or expanding this one) that is more of a 'Dice Set' (d4, d6, d8, d12 and d20).

really hypes me. I am a great fan of your work pls continue you are awesome ^^.

Horse - To begin, thanks for the feedback. Everybit is greatly appreciated. I did look at Runic Isodecahedron from the Hubris mod when I happen to be in mid development with this mod. Runic Isodecahedron focuses on the aspect of conditions where it immediately impacts combat such as draws, status impairments, energy and so forth. One of the criteria I gave myself was to create something that created an impact on the player after the fight is resolved and would not impact any of their in battle considerations. This limited my scope which was fine because I was still learning/understanding how modding Slay The Spire (specifically BaseMod worked). As a result, I decided on these results sets. One thing I had not consider is having something the dice impact the next combat which I can certainly put into consideration. Once again thanks for the feedback and glad you did not think it was a bad idea ^^;;;

You could take inspiration on the Runic isodecahedron that actually rolls a 20 and gives more benefits and drawbacks, such as temporary +1 or -1 draw, or energy. Still, not a bad idea !

This is my second mod I am putting on the steam workshop (first beign clawfect). As such, there is a possiblity that it may have issues. I will do my best to work through them.
