@naifu that is outside the scope of this mod
Naifu 14 MAY 2024 a las 11:54
can you please also adjust reform dates to be historically accurate??
Takarazuka  [autor] 14 MAR 2024 a las 18:09
@Leondas sorry but that is not something I have the time to really do. There is also the issue with finding enough historical expansion or events happening for most major factions in DEI other than a few like Pontus, Parthia, and maybe Egypt (barely). Most of the factions in this time period were doing small border conflicts or just trying not to get swallowed up by Rome.
Leondas 14 MAR 2024 a las 7:56
Hello Takarazuka can you make more of this mods for other factions!
Thanks!!

Small update to main objective reward amounts.
Winston Spencer Churchill 28 ENE 2024 a las 9:40
Ah alright thank you for the response
Takarazuka  [autor] 28 ENE 2024 a las 9:03
No, I won't be making one for vanilla, but it's pretty easy to modify and do this.
Winston Spencer Churchill 13 ENE 2024 a las 13:28
Would it be possible for this to be for vanilla aswell?
jjpunk 28 AGO 2023 a las 22:31
Wondeful mod! an absolute must have for a rome playthrough.
May I ask for a version with 5.000 for each objective or something more substantial to go alongside the mods that increases costs like the popular 12tpy mods etc.
Takarazuka  [autor] 9 MAY 2023 a las 5:24
Minor update to account for other faction chapter objectives that were updated in 1.3.2 that I missed. These have nothing to do with the Roman faction, but need to be updated regardless.
marcomads 8 MAY 2023 a las 11:59
you are the best mate!
Waro 7 MAY 2023 a las 10:35
thanks!
Takarazuka  [autor] 7 MAY 2023 a las 7:42
Apologies for the absurdly long delay.. I might have forgotten this existed as I haven't played in a long time. Mod is updated to DEI version 1.3.2 and working.
SPOODERMAN 11 ABR 2023 a las 13:46
update your mod
Waro 8 OCT 2022 a las 5:01
is there any hope for a update?
ZombieBunny 12 JUN 2022 a las 18:46
I've played this before and was a brilliant way to play rome, so i hope you are able to update soon as well
Ragnar 11 JUN 2022 a las 11:53
Hoping for an update soon to...
magborg 28 MAR 2022 a las 9:41
I am also waiting for the update. I wish to play as authentic as possible because I love the era. I can only presume the creator is working on it. I hope he is as the creator has not made a comment yet. I am running DEI 1.3 stable and this mod is not working.
John Wick 15 MAR 2022 a las 8:18
Need update!

Not working in 1.3 beta for me, anyone else having this issue?
Danse Pied-Tendre 23 NOV 2021 a las 0:41
Thank you very much for your work. This mod is great and should be part of any historical game (at least as an option to play historically).
However it did work for me before your update so I'm curious about what were the incompatibility issues?
Takarazuka  [autor] 21 NOV 2021 a las 17:10
Updated for 1.2.8a and tested.. working as intended. Be sure it is loaded higher priority than DEI.

@warriordude - I doubt I will do anything for other factions. It takes a LOT of time and work to put together and that is just something I do not have.
F23 14 NOV 2020 a las 6:58
@Shaggoth wait so this is incompatible all of the sudden?
jjpunk 21 SEP 2020 a las 4:09
A wonderful mod, revisited this DeI after the update and the campaign just isn't the same as with this mod. Would play the campaign in a heartbeat if this mod updated to go with it. Along with an alternative economy (the official dei submod) version which essentially would only be adding a 0 to any sum give from objectives as everything costs more.
ShaggothChampion 19 JUL 2020 a las 1:41
Hey, would you be willing to update this beautiful mod for DEI 1.2.6?
Warriordude 2 MAY 2020 a las 16:04
I just found this sub mod. Now I'll have something to focus on. I was wondering are you planning on making something similar for other factions like?.
Varus the Great 17 ABR 2020 a las 3:19
@Takarazuka - Does this mod actively make the AI go after these objectives and thus making the faction development much more historically accurate or is it rather a nice submod to have when playing Rome yourself? Thanks in advance.
Takarazuka  [autor] 7 OCT 2019 a las 16:41
Ok let me check things out. Give me a bit of time though. I am remodeling my new house and have some other things that are primary focus right now.
jjpunk 7 OCT 2019 a las 6:30
Can confirm objectives does not work if the needed region is held by a client or military ally.
I have samnite, etruscan, phyrrus wars, and beneventum is held by a client state.

Yet I do not hold all of italia. Not being picky just bug-reporting :P
Takarazuka  [autor] 6 OCT 2019 a las 6:31
@JJpunk - Okay that should be easy enough. I will try to get that uploaded at some point. It will be Roman faction only of course. I wanted to do this same treatment for other major factions, but it's really hard considering the historical timeframe for the game... it's actually impossible since Rome controlled 90% of the game world IRL lol.

Glad you're like the mod! I do this for ALL total war games. Warhammer 2 has the same issue where the first objective is like, control 2 settlements, but the bonus objectives are impossible to meet before then.
jjpunk 6 OCT 2019 a las 3:17
Ah okay, I thought the mission text was keyword based like if it can be military alliance controlled and still count it will show up.

Would be greatly appreciated if a realism version is released, it basically structures the economy around things being 10x more expensive so adding a 0 to all cash bonuses basically evens it all out.

Love the mod btw! always bummed me out I had to stop recruiting before I took corsica etc.

Takarazuka  [autor] 5 OCT 2019 a las 15:44
Oh man... guys I forgot all about this mod! LOL!! No idea what DEI Realism is, but I will look in to it at some point.

@JJPunk - My primary goal was to reflect the final state of the Empire at its height. You can control a given province through either direct ownership, client state controls it, or military allies do. So, while the mission objectives aren't like "Make Armenia a client state", you can control their province by making them one. I did this because smaller factions get wiped out and can cause you to fail a mission objective.
jjpunk 5 OCT 2019 a las 15:30
Also as it seems now you have to capture every province, i.e you can't have them being military allies or client states? I loved the mod but it is a huge bummer if you have to capture every province and can't make use of military allies, liberation or client states.
Doom 2 OCT 2019 a las 11:29
JJPunk ... u took words from out of mouth ...god knows how much i need this mod to be compatible with DEI Realism ...
jjpunk 2 OCT 2019 a las 7:43
Love this mod! The Rome 2 experience can really be elevated through objectives. I even wish you could have objectives that triggered major events (like the reforms, alliances, political happenings) or that certain things were locked behind objectives that made sense in why it would unlock it.
Like have 50% roman culture in italia to get support from the samnites.

In any case I love the mod but I hope all objective payouts gets an added 0 to them, 10.000 instead of 1.000. As they are incredibly low for everyone who play DeI with alternative economy or DeI realism. Or that someone makes that a submod to this because this mod is great :) !
Euer Hochwürgen 23 ABR 2019 a las 10:01
easy, i just switched to DeI with Testudo (instead of DeI Realism) and it works without problems in that combination :)
Takarazuka  [autor] 19 ABR 2019 a las 15:17
I haven't touched this mod or Rome 2 in awhile haha... lost interest in the game. I will look in to it sometime though.
Euer Hochwürgen 18 ABR 2019 a las 14:01
+1 for a DeI Realism Version please :) , this Mod is to awesome to not get a Realism suport.
Takarazuka  [autor] 1 MAR 2019 a las 14:15
Great! Glad it worked
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 12:34
Reinstall worked! Thx again!!
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 10:54
I know, I tried it for Rome only.
I also tried the Mod Manager, but without any success. I will see what will happen after re-install
Takarazuka  [autor] 1 MAR 2019 a las 10:40
I went through all of the objective related stuff for DEI and they have made no changes that would effect my mod. Remember that this is ONLY for the Rome faction.
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 10:38
I am also reinstalling completely, I will see what happens. Thanks anyway!
Takarazuka  [autor] 1 MAR 2019 a las 10:37
@Doom - I will take a look but no promises. I am not actively playing the game right now.

@Deadly - I am really not sure what to tell you other than get Kaedrin's Mod Manager and see what conflicts it shows for my mod. I just uninstalled everything, reinstalled, downloaded DEI from the workshop (I normally use the direct files from TWC), and booted it up. Works fine. This might be a dumb question, but what faction are you using?
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 9:24
I just tried the SCVTVM mod for vanilla and that works :-(
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 8:49
I really don't know. I tried to put this mod as No. 1 but nothing, then put all three DEI as 1, 2, 3 and this mod as No. 4, but nothing. I don't run nor have any other mods, but can't get this to work.
When I launch Rome, it shows me 2.4.0 Build. Could that be the problem?
Doom 1 MAR 2019 a las 8:09
can u make a similar one for DEI realism mode ??
Takarazuka  [autor] 1 MAR 2019 a las 7:19
Tested and working with 1.2.4a. @deadly - make sure my submod is loading HIGHER in priority than DEI. Another way to see what might be happening for you is to use Kaedrin's Mod Manager. It has a conflicts column and you can see if you have something that might be overwriting my changes.
deadly 1 MAR 2019 a las 0:35
marcomads: Thanks for suggestions, but I checked that already. Since the last patch for Rome II I noticed changed in the launcher and had to "ticked" all the DEI modes again. I also tried to change the order of the mods if anything happens.
But anyway, when I start the New Game, there are those old original Chapter Objectives

Takarazuka: Thank you for checking the mod, I would really love to play this
