Minor update to properly apply mission fixes from DEI 1.3.2 patch notes. These do not effect the Roman chapter objectives.

Fixed an issue with chapter objectives not advancing past Chapter 2. Save-game compatible as long as you load a save prior to completion of Chapter 2.
