UU: UV Gun
Replaces the gatling gun (or another industrial/modern era ranged unit). A lot cheaper than the gatling gun so it can be better mass produced.

UB: Training Grounds
Replaces the lighthouse. Must be built on a coastal city. +15 exp and a unique +1 movement promotion for industrial/modern era military units (ie Infantry, GW infantry, gatling gun). +1 gold on coastal/ocean tiles and resources.

I'll give joseph a good ability with his hermit purple. But I would do young Joseph first just to get him in first, you know?
