Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Polnareffland

Description
Join Jean Pierre Polnareff as he leads Polnareffland from the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure series!
As the third Jojo character to join Civ V, you won't be disappointed with what Polnareffland has to offer!

UA: The Happiest Place In The World!
Building production increased by 20%. Wonder production increased by 20%.

UU: Silver Chariot
Replaces the swordsman. Has lower combat strength (12 to the swordsmans 14), but has Blitz to compensate.

UB: Fencer's Fortress
Replaces the barracks. Gives the usual combat experience, but also provides +1 happiness as well.

This mod supports Civ IV traits in Civ V and Unique Diplo interactions, with the unique interactions being:
DIO
Hector from Fire Emblem
Polnareff himself!

I would like to apologize for not giving silver chariot as much love as he deserves, I don't really know how to get the models from eyes of heaven or all star battle. So all I can do is make them as balanced as possible in order to offset the fact, again, I apologize!

Young Joseph

UA: NIGERUNDAYO!
Every friendly tile is a road tile, unless it is a railroad. Railroads give bonus movement.

UU: UV Gun
Replaces the gatling gun (or another industrial/modern era ranged unit). A lot cheaper than the gatling gun so it can be better mass produced.

UB: Training Grounds
Replaces the lighthouse. Must be built on a coastal city. +15 exp and a unique +1 movement promotion for industrial/modern era military units (ie Infantry, GW infantry, gatling gun). +1 gold on coastal/ocean tiles and resources.

I started on him first. but the joestars will come. Gotta think up some wacky gimmick for joseph and other things.
