i have an idea do not know if any one would agree if it is a settlement for the dragon born why dont you make it possible to becoming the settlement leader or jarl in the near future and to be able to expand the little settlement a little bigger to rule as leader or jarl

a dude i downloaded this mod wile back showd lots of promess infact i think it was my 2nd download preaty damed sweet bit bugy last time but that was almost 4months ago i cant wait to see it now. im resubscribeing and good luck with futer mods

Could you perhaps edit this mod so the game recognizes the River Settlement as an official residence of the Dovahkiin? I would love to tell my wife to move here.

Also, I appreciate the guards having enchanted, high level gear, but perhaps it might help with the emersion factor more if they were more generic guards, perhaps like some sort of human faction, maybe dressed like advanced bandits with iron or steel armor, or maybe make town-guard style soldiers with some different sort of insignia, but I feel like I'd prefer to feel like the guards are actually guards for me, not just a bunch of other heroes.

There is a problem with the mod the people is there and the doors to the houses but there is no buildings.

Nice, when it works - But most of the time it's incredibly buggy. The buildings seem to dissapear for no reason and all I can see is floating doors. The bridge to the settlement is often not visible too.

Thanks guys for the comments. Sorry for the problems i have been out of town and unable to fix them. I will resolve this house disappearing problem and put it up on next update as well as other fixes. It seems some of yall would like to have a stormcloak version so i will do some work and upload different versions ASAP. Let me know what else i can do

@Guitarman007 - I had the same issue with the grey faces. In the creation kit, in the object window click on actors (this must be the folder in focus). Then click your actor to highlight. Once hi-lighted, press <CTRL><F4> (google "creation kit CTRL F4" for a number of links)

oyu should fix it so that the guards work for you, they can work like in the mercenaries mod, you can set them to guard stuff...

amazing mod, but when I go to the house it's gone, just a floating door. I can still get in the house, and the building is there when i get out.

Hey Folks! added a couple of updates. I recommend for those of yall who already have it to get all your gear out of the storages and save outside the settlement and reloading it to get the best update. Do this buy unchecking the mod in data files and then running the game and saving then exit to desktop and recheck the mod and it should be good to go

Nice mod! spotted one wall bug in the outer wall. Maybe an idea to add a bridge across to water to the settlement?
