Dovahkiin River Settlement

Description
Hello players this mod adds a little settlement built for the dragon born to call his or her home. The Settlement is Right next to RiverWood.

This adds:

Basic Player home (with secret armory)
Watch tower
patroling guards and Wolf!
Smith crafting, enchanting, and alchemy
Bordering walls with patroling guards
Stables
Windmill
Dock
Little Pub(with barkeep and bartender)
Nightwalker (a theives guild fence thats deadly with a knife)
guard barracks


NEED HELP NAVMESHING. I havent worked on this mod in a while and it needs serious navmesh work. If you can help i would appreciate it.

half the time i load this all the outside walls dont render looks cool seeing the guards walk on air

only a part of it loaded for me... the main gate is invisible and you can walk in the air... lol floating barrels up there to..

i have an idea do not know if any one would agree if it is a settlement for the dragon born why dont you make it possible to becoming the settlement leader or jarl in the near future and to be able to expand the little settlement a little bigger to rule as leader or jarl

a dude i downloaded this mod wile back showd lots of promess infact i think it was my 2nd download preaty damed sweet bit bugy last time but that was almost 4months ago i cant wait to see it now. im resubscribeing and good luck with futer mods
