Just started a new game and the decision to open or close the gates has shown up on my planets decision screen, please fix?

Looks to be working, though does kind of bite that you can't keep the L-Gate open only for you. One issue though is it seems to have changed all the L-Cluster icons to the archaelogy dig site icon.

it was a conflicting mod, however it would be nice if everyone could set their policy as it could allow other empires to go though your territory but not the L-Gate in your empire if you don't control the Terminal System

I will be changing the policy into a decision to make it easier to open/close the cluster.

Does this mean if I have a game with no normal gateways, I can't use this policy? since you need to encounter normal gateways to get the activation tech.

Or are you referring to L-Gate activation tech?

For some reason I can't get the policy to spawn in for me. I don't know if it is conflicting with another mod, or if the mod itself isn't working.

Talk about an exploit. I think I'll wait for the update, what are the odds of this being ready for 2.2.6? I'm holding off a serious playthrough until then.
