@Copywright - It doesn't. The author does not use CE and refuses to make a CE version. Read back a few pages for his statement.
Copywright 16 Sep @ 3:23pm
How does this mod interact with the newer versions of Combat Extended? Anyone an idea? Thanks!

Also petition to remove the wargear tag added to the shield belt item. I can still equip both an other wargear and the shield belt but depending on equip order it can just delete the item. IDK balance how you want but let your wargear be wargear and not add extra tags to vanilla items if possible.

I was tooling around trying to find a way to simply and cleanly add Vacuum Resist to certain armor types. Your folder structure deviates a bit from the the normal ThingDef > Apparel I am more use to. I tried searching for OG_Apparel_Base which I found referenced but it all looks to be OG_AMA_* so no dice adding it to a base or at least not one I could find. I am not 100% sure if adding it in the OG_AMA_Apparel_Abstracts_Imperial would work as other mods with Vacuum Resist tend to have had it on the "Base" layer. All this is to say could we get some variant of <VacuumResistance MayRequire="Ludeon.RimWorld.Odyssey">0.32</VacuumResistance> added to some of the more heavy armors? Specifically the Tempestus, Skitari, and Power armors. Maybe a few points on the rebreathers? It seems to go into <equippedStatOffsets> so I think I can add them manually on my file but may be a good idea for others. I am fairly certain at least power armor is space worthy in 40k.

@Ogliss ah didn’t know that also thank you very much for the beautiful mod!
Ogliss  [author] 31 Aug @ 3:56pm
@bby jezus
there are xml patches for all the weapons and appeal included in the mod, its just the Non xml stuff that isnt patched
bby jezus 31 Aug @ 2:30pm
@Ogliss because I really wanted to use the enginseer robes with combat extended I have created a personal patch mod (heavily relied on ChatGPT because i do not know how to code) for this and combat extended it fixes alot of bugs like the right click bug and a couple of other things makes it somewhat usable but its still not perfect but its a start if you want the mod .xml?
Ogliss  [author] 26 Aug @ 11:25am
@GayWoodcutter
yeah i spotted that after the inital upload, it should be fixed now!

@skibidicumshot69
dont know, never used it
GayWoodcutter 26 Aug @ 2:59am
@Ogliss, thank you for the update. You have the best mechanicus gear and xenos weapons on the workshop.
But while all of the weapons I've tested seem to work as intended, all of the gear that should use an extra layer doesn't show this extra 'shoulder' layer in game (all of the mechanicus armour, sororitas armour, servo arm, and so on). Is the issue on my side and it works just fine on your machine?
skibidicumshot69 25 Aug @ 8:05pm
is this mod grimdark compatible
TenTech 23 Aug @ 11:32am
According to previous comments, it never was.
crawpergia 23 Aug @ 9:52am
i dont think this mod is compatible with combat extended anymore
jankosi 23 Aug @ 7:07am
Honestly after trying the various 40k mods over the years, I may just come back to this one on my next run. Especially with the drama that Grimworld is having.
Glu Man 23 Aug @ 2:27am
Woooh! Happy to finally be able to play this again. I recall launching hit-and-run attacks with the Exitus sniper rifle, waaaay back ...
AcetheSuperVillain 22 Aug @ 11:21pm
glad to see it's still being maintained, this mod is a true work of art
Ogliss  [author] 22 Aug @ 5:38pm
there! fingers crossed theres no warp spawned fuckery!!
Ogliss  [author] 22 Aug @ 8:23am
Yeah, im working on it, just having some issues with some of my code that seems to have disappeared, not entirely sure whats happened
Dzyan 21 Aug @ 5:23pm
On his discord he said it will be updated for 1.6 "Eventually"
PremierVader 17 Aug @ 10:10am
Ah I had good old times with this mod. It was the source of many memorable Warhammer 40k runs on Rimworld. Time to unsubscribe but thanks for the good times!
TenTech 14 Aug @ 12:47pm
I'll assume he stated that somewhere other than here. Perhaps it should be added to the mod titles/descriptions, then.

As for other mods, I'll be interested when they add playable craftworld eldar.
Azil 14 Aug @ 5:07am
He stated over a year ago that he won't be updating this, won't update it to CE or whatever.

There's another WH40K mod that's not buggy as heck. This mod caused a ton of issues even when it 'Worked'.
TenTech 14 Aug @ 12:51am
Or let us know if you won't.
MaraujO 13 Aug @ 7:52pm
In the name of the Omnissiah pleas invoke the updatus protocol to stage 1.6
Knight Nestor 5 Aug @ 11:52pm
pls 1.6
Cardigans 29 Jul @ 11:28pm

The soul of the Machine God surrounds thee. The power of the Machine God invests thee. The hate of the Machine God drives thee. The Machine God endows thee with life. Live, and be updated!
Gold Ship 27 Jul @ 8:36pm
on my hands and knees praying for a 1.6 update
Caster 21 Jul @ 2:38pm
Awsome mod, adding my binharic hymn to the noosphere praying for an update whenever you get time. Thanks for making this for free, no rush
FancyMelon 18 Jul @ 1:41am
Also awaiting the blessing of the Omnissiah. Great mod
WatchWolf 15 Jul @ 4:52pm
I too shall join the choir reaching out for the Omnissiah's light. May we be graced with a 1.6 update. I need me cool power weapons and defensive structures that don't need me to mine endlessly.
Prof. Daku 13 Jul @ 9:07am
Looking forward to an eventual update. Lovely work.
Shingo 11 Jul @ 12:46pm
Can you update please ! Game wont run in 1.6 with this lovely mod ! Praise the omnissiah
TenTech 13 Jun @ 7:38am
Not much point updating until Odyssey comes out, now. Looking forward to hoverships. Jetbikes and landspeeders will be too small (without mods?) but aircraft? Smaller classes of spacecraft? They can get to orbit, but no word on whether or not there's an endgame mechanic to make it truly spaceworthy.
anantasak5g 13 Jun @ 4:05am
update pls!.

Question of the day; all battle hardened individuals I've ever met all know how to close wounds and are all either first aid certified or paramedic certified, so I wonder, why is it that battle hardened removes doctoring?
Dadburry 29 May @ 4:17am
@Arnemia are you using Psycasts Expanded?
Dropped this mod today due to the wildest TPS fuckery it creates if a pawn has any amount of psy heat/entropy on it with sensitivity above 100%.
Anemia 22 May @ 5:51am
i am NOT using CE like these troglodytes in the comments but im still getting performance issues
RicDeSangre 14 May @ 11:09pm
So I’m having some issue recoloring the Sororitas armor, on the Space Marine armor it works fine and will allow the two colors, but my Sororitas armor just gets a solid mask of color to it, uniformly over everything, any ideas?
TenTech 22 Apr @ 2:33am
CE is the problem. Literally the comment right below yours.
DeathStrack 21 Apr @ 7:23pm
I keep getting a AdeptusMechanicus.CompProjectileTrail:get____ticksToImpact that just lags my game immensely is there anyway to fix it? I'm using CE as well
Digo 18 Mar @ 2:36pm
CE support please
TenTech 14 Mar @ 2:25pm
HAR?
Potato0 13 Mar @ 2:10pm
might be one of the other xenobiologist mods
Potato0 13 Mar @ 2:09pm
needs to be updated for the latest HAR mod, getting error because buildinglist doesnt exist anymore ig in the latest one
Azil 24 Feb @ 4:56am
@Fox - It's not compatible with CE because the mod's author "Doesn't use" CE.

The mod is also broken as heck at this point.
Fox 23 Feb @ 2:27pm
the autogun deadass doesn't even shoot when paired with CE.

The races are cool, but the fact that I need to have the weapons in order to use them is bad
TenTech 16 Feb @ 8:05am
Isn't grimworld imperium-only?
General Shyguy 15 Feb @ 12:18pm
Didn't this used to have ingame mod options?
Hirohito 2 Feb @ 10:30am
@Azil you mean the grimworld?
Azil 2 Feb @ 8:30am
@Hirohito - He won't. The mod itself is also buggy as heck. Someone mentioned a better one further down that you could pick modules to exclude the parts you didn't want. Modular.
