Why no silver?

Should be safe to uninstall, but it won't revert already generated asteroid belts.

This is safe to unsubscribe on my current universe or do I have to uhh reset em?

This is a god send. Combined with the mining gun mod and the resource extractor mod, this is an AMAZING mod for resource gathering.

in gentle stars you still have durasteel and titanium

Can find lots of silver, durasteel, and titanium, but not gold.

Draegon1993 Your mech mines both the foreground and background layer in one go (unless you have a mod that stops that) and the asteroids tend to have a lot of ores in the background layer that don't necessarily match the foreground layer ore, so you'll often get more than one ore type from a single mined block with your mech.

Can this be uninstalled?

i have found that this alsohappens in the vanilla game, so it might be something else.

now i can be even lazier while mining for rare minerals

it seems that this mod makes silver and gold extremely rare for some reason

Does Silver ore not spawn anymore with this mod?

So not to complain, but it seems like sometimes the meteorites show the wrong ore icon, or it has two ore over top of one another somehow, I got Iron and Tungsten from one meteor where it looked like just Tungsten, and Tungsten and Titanium from one that looked like just Titanium

not compatible with frackin universe, it does it's own changes to asteroid fields.

Im using this with Frackin Ubiverse and there doesnt appear to be any durasteel. has anyone else had this issue?

it doesnt fill the asteroids with all ores like most asteroid mods do

could have named it asteroids on steroids

Heh. Used to be that they were the perfect places to mine. Then they removed all the ore. Then they removed all the asteroids (fields would spawn as a single rock). Then they put some of the ore back in but remove the gravity (before the introduction of mechs, if memory serves).

I used to spend at times hours just relaxing, exploring & mining out asteroid fields and enjoying the music. Salvaging the occasional Apex installation for furniture.
