So I've taken a look at it, and it looks like there's no way to allow the neptunia portraits to be chosen as robot portraits without overriding vanilla defines which is generally bad practice since only 1 mod can do that at a time. Because of that I'm going to hold off on adding the ability to do that until I can come up with a good solution. Sorry.

No problem

I'll add the robot section later today then. Thanks for bringing this up.

Yeah it doesn't work with it, the synthetic ascension converts all your pops to the default robot template requiring you to manually have to change the portrait.
Ender  [skapare] 3 okt, 2021 @ 22:47
That's intentional. I didn't think anyone would want to use them unless they were playing as machines or synthetically ascending. Does it not work for synthetic ascension?

The Neptunia portraits don't work for robot templates because this mod only adds them to the "Neptunia_Machine" species class.

The solution is to add this code to the mod's common/species_classes/10_neptune_machine_class.txt file below the Neptunia_Machine species class:

You should be allowed to. There's 2 separate portrait groups. One for the biological ones, and one for the machine one.

Back again with a new question; How come the Neptunia portraits can't be used when creating a robot template? Is there anyway to enable this?
Ender  [skapare] 5 maj, 2020 @ 14:40
It requires the HNE mod. If you don't want the organic neptunia race to spawn, you can use the cold lonely universe addon as well which disabled organic neptunia's from being spawned as AI

Can this be used standalone, or does it absolutely require the HNE mod? I'm asking because I used to have a similar mod by a different author, but that one hasn't updated since November 2019.

@Machura Ah, I see what the issue is. It should be fixed now.

Siatru 15 jan, 2019 @ 0:25
Still no, Same for the "No AI addon"
Downloading manually works though.
Ender  [skapare] 14 jan, 2019 @ 23:03
I just reupdated it. Does it show now?
Siatru 14 jan, 2019 @ 22:43
Yes, doesn't show up on Mod selection for me even though I'm subscribed
Ender  [skapare] 6 jan, 2019 @ 16:16
That's odd. It looks fine to me. Does anyone else have this problem?
Khazahm 3 jan, 2019 @ 20:35
